Literally always something wrong. Had egg shells (yes egg shells) in my banana loaf. Weeks ago I order croissant and banana loaf warmed up. The person gave me two croissants. So I was charged wrong for something I ain’t want. 3rd. I always say light ice. They continue to slam my drinks with Ic. I get 4 sips max out of a grande. Only go here because is across the street from where I work. But is disappointing not having the orders done correctly.

I gave this location 1 star yes it's nice on the outside and inside but I ordered a drink and as I started to drink it I saw a young lady come in and ask for only a cup of water she said she was really hot from the heat outside and felt like fainting the employee told her she couldn't have a water unless she ordered something she replied she had no money and the employee told her she couldn't help her and sent her away back in to the heat so I asked for a water and took it to the young lady . To me that is wrong it's only water and it's like 100 degrees out right now ill never come back to this location they have no sympathy for anyone

I come here often as it’s the closest Starbucks to my house. I usually always have a pleasant experience until recently. The last couple of times a person named Natalie who started taking orders literally ALWAYS has an attitude when taking my order. She makes me feel rushed and stressed when ordering as she’s always making passive aggressive comments. It was even worse today when I pulled up to the window and noticed my drink was wrong and told her. She then stared at me with a condescending smile FOR A FULL MINUTE then proceeded to tell me “Next time you’re here, you need to actually look at the screen and make sure everything is correct.” I was so appalled by her straight forward distasteful comment that I called and complained. Which as you can see from my previous experiences with her I tried not to do. She is rude and disrespectful. Customer service is definitely not her strong suit so she DEFINITELY shouldn’t be in charge of taking orders.

I miss the old morning staff, there’s only 1 new staff member that is not rude. The new staff seems to get upset & passive aggressive if they make your drink incorrect & have to fix it. I’m a regular so it’s very disappointing.. I’ll no longer be coming to this location..
Ordered an ice shaken expresso the cashier took my order and made sure he got my order right small details matter great to see customer service is priority will be making this stop my go to!!!

We just went to this Starbucks today. My husband went to grab the drink we ordered from the drive thru and it slipped out of his hand as he was putting the drink into our car. It's spilled all over him and into the car. He went inside to pay for a new drink but Jessica and Justin who were on shift, said that they got it covered and made him a brand new drink for free. Great customer service and always very friendly! Great job.
