We just went to this Starbucks today. My husband went to grab the drink we ordered from the drive thru and it slipped out of his hand as he was putting the drink into our car. It's spilled all over him and into the car. He went inside to pay for a new drink but Jessica and Justin who were on shift, said that they got it covered and made him a brand new drink for free. Great customer service and always very friendly! Great job.
Did a mobile order from across the street, drink was being made when I walked in I was greeted by Jose, he was great super friendly and so sweet! Great clean atmosphere drink was made exactly how I ordered it!
