I'm absolutely disgusted. I went to Starbucks this morning, excited to treat myself to a cookie and drinks. Everything seemed normal until I bit into the cookie and spit it out immediately and, to my horror, it was a maggot. A freaking maggot! I almost threw up right there. I'm never eating at that Starbucks again. This experience was traumatic.

Staff refused to remake my drink when they repeatedly make it wrong and then stated that they would continue to make a completely different drink than what I wanted. I’ve been ordering the same drink I always do for two years and now there’s a problem and I was sent away. Terrible customer service at the drive through with exclamatory remarks while I was ordering. Unprofessional. I went to a different location and they were happy to help me with any modification.

While riding my bike along the trail I stopped inside to get some water for my bottle. The person curtly told me I had to buy something for free water. I said I only wanted some tap water from the sink behind her. I was then immediately treated by her as an enemy combatant. Wow, Starbucks used to be so warm and welcoming. Meanwhile a customer offered me their water which I accepted. Does Starbucks still refer to themselves as a customer service oriented business? Needless to say they will never see another penny from me again.

This is by far my favorite starbucks in the area. The batista are all super friendly and do their best to get your order correct. I feel this location has been the most consistent with their drink prep. Bonus points for the handsome barista with tattoos and blue eyes always sparkle lol! Also, this location is never too busy and is just a 5 minute drive from my apartment.

Consistently have had awful luck with timely orders on mobile — always way behind the estimated pick up time on the app, and usually one drink comes out but then the other drink is lost or comes out 20 minutes later. This has happened several times. No apologies or explanations. Seems like drive thru even when 15 cars deep would be faster.
