The batista & manager here are very nice. They make us feel welcome and even bring us our drinks on occasion. Good people!! Hope they get more outlets soon. That isn't the staff's fault. Corporate needs to leave sugar-free options & get the store upgrades done.

The best Starbucks location in Fresno!! They always make their drinks look really nice and presentable, which I truly appreciate—no other store is as consistent with that. The quality is always good, the customer service is friendly and welcoming, and the drive-through line moves quickly every time. It makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Got two caramel frapp one with no whip cream. Im ok with them not remaking it and scraping off the whip cream. But overall my drinks were sugary drinks, no caramel flavor.

My favorite Starbies for customer service, cleanliness, and vibes. You walk in the door and it’s immediate main character energy. Everyone greets you, remembers your name, and even your order. I don’t ever have to worry about getting my order wrong or getting attitude from the staff. Love the energy of my friendly neighborhood Starbucks.

This Starbucks always gets my order correct. They are clean and super friendly. Sometimes, I’ll order from here even though I’m across town just to make sure that my order is correct. When I walk in the tables are clean and the restroom is clean and fully stocked. The workers greet me with a smile and make jokes here and there. The manager there is professional and patient. Definitely, my favorite Starbucks in town.

The coffee tastes fine, but I'd rather not have caramel sauce all over the outside of the cup like today, especially when I pick up my drink in the drive-thru. I had to pull over to use sanitizer to clean the caramel off of my hands, the steering wheel, and out of my cup holder. The wait in the drive through combined with this cleanup process makes me want to try more independent coffee shops instead.
