On December 8, 2025, at approximately 3:45 PM, my three African American children attempted to enter this Starbucks to purchase drinks. Moments earlier, an unrelated altercation between two other teens had occurred outside. Despite having no involvement whatsoever, my children were immediately stopped at the door and told they could not enter because they “looked like they were part of that crowd.” This assumption was not only incorrect , it was completely inappropriate and deeply concerning. Denying service based solely on appearance or perceived association is unacceptable. My children were unfairly profiled, and the way the situation was handled showed a lack of judgment and professionalism. This incident needs to be addressed by management. Staff should be trained on how to respond to disruptions without making biased assumptions about innocent customers. Minors are people as well and deserve to feel safe and respected when patronizing this establishment.

1. This Starbucks needs stronger management and policies to defend itself and customers from many criminal and abusive issues generated by Tenaya Middle School and Bullard High School students, that gather here, every school day after 2:30 PM.
There is total chaos with fights, vandalism, noise, harassment, crowding, reckless driving of electric scooters, electric bikes on the patio area, and close parking lot. These students commit shoplifting crimes in the adjacent Dollar Tree Store.

Great place and people for the most part, except for a very tall and slim guy over a weekend night who said his name was John. Very unprofessional, rude, no people skills and sarcastic about his rudeness. Awful experience to encounter with this kind of person at such successful business.

Never thought I’d review a Starbucks but we’re doing it. My 10 year old daughter insisted on hunting for some kind of elusive Snoopy cup that seemed to only have existed briefly at select stores. My daughter was moderately heartbroken about this, but a wonderful barista named Kylie surprised her with some beautiful cup artwork and made us all smile. Thank you Kylie!
Also, it should be said that the interior design here is real tight.

Sweetest workers!! One of the workers made sure I got the order I wanted. They were out of my drink but she proceeded to make it and even gave me a drink for free!!

I hateeeee being this guy and I’m not gonna name names but all I asked was for no room in my shaken espresso. When I originally ordered I got filled to the top but they really just put extra ice in it which isn’t what I wanted. So I went back for a remake. Well the second time they shook it x1000 on purpose so it would foam up more which was super petty. I was gonna just go in and get my money back but they were seemed super bothered, I just didn’t even wanna waste my time. Not very warm and welcoming lol.
Also asking someone “what’s up” when you pull up to the box like it’s an inconvenience (you guys had no cars) is crazy.

Best Starbucks ever, not only do the staff know my order when I arrive, they never let me leave without my pup cup. One of the most friendly places I've been.
