Kaylee is an awful supervisor. Today I visited this location only to be met with rudeness and down right thievery. I asked for a tea a specific way and told me she had to charge me for a custom tea. she clearly should’ve charged me for what I was purchasing. I told her I was not feeling well and did not want to argue but she was ripping me off. She continued to try to argue and have me there for an additional 2-3 mins. I’m shocked to see a person in her position to be so argumentative. Where is the customer service. I think some retraining should definitely happen

When I go to drop people at airport in the way back sometimes I will stop at this location on Shields Avenue by Highway 41 and buy a cup of coffee in drive thru. This morning I stopped by to go inside as I had to use the restroom before I get back on the freeway for an hour drive back home I know they have a restroom as I have stopped here before but today I was shocked to find out there was a wall built around it to close customer access to the restroom and employee apologized and said there is no public restroom any more. If I am going to buy a coffee drink and buy breakfast sandwich for $20 and not be able to use a restroom that is ridiculous. So I walked out and went to McDonald’s not too far on Blackstone and Shields, the restroom had a lock with security system the employee politely came and opened the door and afterwards I bought a breakfast meal and tipped and thanked the employee. I think Starbucks is goin to be bankrupt soon

Josiah and Cici are the best!!! Accidentally ordered the wrong drink through the app and they were kind enough to replace it for me. Baristas like them make my whole day!! Thank you both!!

When it’s only three cars at the drive-through and I’m the only one inside you don’t need for workers at the window to serve one drink and I waited for 15 minutes😀😀😀

I visited the Starbucks at Shields & 41 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. The shift leader, Jesse, was dismissive and unhelpful when I asked a simple question about my order. Rather than providing assistance, I was met with attitude and a lack of professionalism. As a paying customer, I expect respectful and courteous service—especially from someone in a leadership role. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue so future customers have A good experience, I was in Starbucks ordering with my kids.They took our order and said we'd have to wait outside unbelievable. He even said we need to go outside and wait 15 minutes and go through the drive thru because he was too busy!!

I went & got the new Horchara Oatmilk shaken expresso & it was just like a blonde expresso latte. Super simple just plain, just tasted like coffee & didn't look nothing like the promo, plus I asked for very little ice & they filled the it up with ice uughh & they took forever. It was very disappointing !! 😠Plus I ordered a strawberries & creme frappe & they didn't even put the puree either 😠😠

I ordered at the drive-thru box today. Normally, I do not write negative reviews, especially at Starbucks, but this was so bad I had to absolutely write this. When I ordered at the screen the person at the box kept incorrectly adding things to my order (I asked for a chai frap and she said a hot chai same with every other thing I ordered) I ordered a matcha that was absolutely made wrong but I could not go through and ask for a remake because I had my dog with me. The matcha was terrible too much powder (to the point it was gross and fishy) and made incorrectly it was made in the cup instead of the blender. It made my stomach ache so much, it also had an awful lot of ice compared to other locations, the beverage quality was terrible for all the drinks I ordered (chai frap had large chunks of ice). I was also incorrectly given the wide hole lid instead of the little lid and was given an eye roll when I asked for the proper lid. Overall, terrible experience start to finish it if was one or two things I wouldn't have written anything but the experience was not a good one. Happened around 4:20 hopefully it will be a better experience next time

Ordered my coffee and food 12 minutes before I got there and tipped well. The food was ready when.I arrived there, but after waiting several minutes for my coffee, they then told me they had just started brewing the coffee. Unacceptable!

This Sbux location is by far the BEST in Fresno. The folks here are always kind and in great spirits. They also make my coffee right every time. Thank you Sbux crew!!
