I usually don’t rate places one star but for this specific Starbucks I just had to. First off, their service is terrible and slow. It took us about 30-50 mins to get our drinks when ordering in the drive through. The place is always under staffed when it’s busy. I’m always a regular and the service is always slow.

I went there this morning this is the second time I went and they tell me at the menu that their card reader is down..I waited in line for 45 minutes because they are very slow. I seen other cars behind me having to wait because they had no cash on them. They should put a sign that their card reader is down so people will not have to go in line and wait for long periods for nothing. I had bad experiences with this location I will not be going there again.
Not only will they give you moldy food They are so also rude.

When they handed me my drinks in a drink carrier she was so far in the window I practically had to get out of my car and then the drinks weren't in the carrier all the way so they spilled all over my and my car never coming here again
Very bad customer service today at 9:53am the lady look mad she didn’t even said good morning or your welcome it looked like she didn’t even want it to be working I always get good customer service but not today..

Very disappointed, I want a pumpkin spice latte however I got a ordinary black coffee. Had no flavor just foam. Will not return to this Starbucks. The North location is way better and faster service.
Service here is always quick & the drinks are made just how I order them. Today the barista was super friendly . She went above and beyond to make a good drink she recommended based off my likings . She was super friendly and made my visit there awesome. I wish I could have gotten her name ! ♥️

Had to repeat a drink order 4 times through the drive thru because she was too distracted. Of note, order was for one of their menu signature fall drinks with slight modifications of just light ice and signature espresso roast instead of the traditional blond roast. When we got to the window, we even asked again to make sure we were getting what we ordered because we had to repeat it 4 times already… She confirmed it was done with the signature roast. It was not.

It was terrible the two drinks that I got had no taste, they were in a rush and it looked like they didn't want to be there so I'm only giving one star. I did not like the drinks they did for us.
The longest service. It's just unbearable to endure and wait for your cup of coffee for 1 hour in the car. Better close this place or fire the slow employees who can't handle orders

I ordered a Venti Matcha latte with ice and got a Venti cup with With a grande latte inside of it and no ice Starbucks like they have to pay for all of this stuff when I’m the one paying for it

I don't get it!! Yall felt super confident to give me a almost full cup? It even says ex on there No carmel Drizzle & No ex oat milk? $20 an hour like do better!! & it's honestly this location & Peach an McKinley & First an Tulare!!! I mean ice, coffee or milk they could of filled it up!!! Coffee is how some start there days so if your gonna be a Barista in customer service do better!!!
