I came here for water sat 9th at 12:45 , the lady at the cashier in drive thru was so very upset I only got a water & a free pastry with my pints ? it’s not coming out of your paycheck honey . Second of all I come here all the time for coffee . And I won’t anymore .

Ok customer service but the ghetto ass area makes them lose stars. Don’t go here to stay. Grab and go.
Update: One of the lady said she wouldn’t give me a large cup of ice with my venti purchase. Maybe they ran out of cups, but they have never denied me in the past.
Update (10/14/24) they went through some renovations, but now they dont have any tables or seats to sit at. Completely bare ugly interior. Dont go here if u need a table.
I went thru the drive thru yesterday morning at 7:55 am and was rushed by the drive thru lady she was very rude and when I got up to the window she looked mad. I never expected to be treated so rude she has an ugly energy and even smashed my muffin in the bag. I’ll never go back there it’s a shame this lady works there she should be in the back mopping something. The tall guy and regular people are awesome but this lady is gonna make a lot of people go to the new location on peach and Belmont.

Mobile ordered only to arrive and find no restrooms here. Which is half the reason I wanted to stop as well, in a road trip. Disappointed and won’t come back. Also not a single table in the place to even stop to organize your drinks or pause for a minute

This is absolutely ridiculous, I am a starbuck coffee reward member I purchase my coffee went to my car and drink it with a some delicious Mexican bread, finish my coffee went inside for a refill and the whc served me ask on other employee and she told me they only honor refill to customer stay at the lobby, I respond where do you want me to seat you have no chairs no tables so I went to my car and here I am, oh I am sorry but this location dose not offer refills, do I hope this message get to the starbucks headcorers and fix this customer service at this location, because is not pleasant travel for business and found this service at big company coffee chain
