Ordered a drink online, showed up to pick it up and my order was gone. Waited for a new drink to be made, only to get 1/3 of my cup empty. I didn't ask for light Ice and even with light ice this is crap.

I love this Starbucks, it’s my favorite in all of Fresno and Clovis. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and my drink is always 100% so good no matter how often I switch it up. And everyone is SO nice. The employees deserve a raise!!

This place has no welcoming. I got two hot tall coffees and only one had a stopper and the other was given without one. The window person has no manners either. It’s rare when I’m on this side of town for a coffee but for it being a $6 coffee I expect better than a silent death stare

While dining in at 10:30 am on Monday, Oct 20th I picked up our order and politely informed the staff (4 people on duty) with a smile there were multiple cluttered and soiled tables both inside and out. We took our seats. No car line and a moderate to light number of walk-ins. After having our drinks at a dirty table; 40 minutes later and none of the tables were ever cleaned up. Some of the staff, but not all, really appeared to be unmotivated. Poor morale... Poor service... Poor atmosphere. All for a premium priced coffee?

Reminded me why I don’t support Starbucks. Besides the whole tax avoidance and shady sourcing stuff, the vibe here is pretty off. The staff didn't seem to care much, and the service was terrible. They were in the process of closing shop an our and a half early, which is perfectly fine but they focused their attention on that and left us standing around and then ignored us when we asked for help. With all that’s going on, it's just not a place I'd want to support and I’d recommend you do the same. Shop local ✨
