The guy barista charged me full price for a frappe when they didn't have whip cream. He told me they don't charge for whip cream? Its included with the beverage that i paid full price for! Anyways

The lobby closes at 8pm but they are open till 930 if you use the drive through. We walked over late hoping to get something for our son. We walked over an they said they couldn’t help us cause we weren’t in the car. We had walked over from the hotels. Which don’t have anything near them as both subway an the pizza place were closed too.The two other times I ordered a latte an they gave me an iced one when I never asked for a latte.

Ridiculous how I order through The app for convenience and have to wait 20 min in the drive through they can turn off ordering ahead but choose not to so now they are making you extra late to wherever your

My fav Starbucks, they make thee best iced White Chocolate Mocha. Thanks for recommending it Christina (my fav Barista). Btw…don’t get all mad when you find out you cant use the restroom there, go for the drinks not the restroom.

Came to this location before heading to the movie theater sadly only 1 girl was working idk why.. she messed up on my whole order made all the drinks iced when they were ordered hot. Really do understand if you are working alone it is a lot of stress but if you aren't paying attention of course you aren't going to make orders correctly, also heard she messed up on the order in front of us. Unacceptable

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the manager at this location. I’ve been a regular for quite some time now. I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and have had to give up my daily cup. I stopped by to see if there was anything I can have he took his time went through my options and found me the best combination so I can get my fix. Happily I had no spikes in my sugar #thankyousomuch
