They need to stop being so cheap and have more people than 3 people working. I’ve been in this drive thru line for more than 30 minutes and the cars in front of me are only ordering 2 drinks.

Honestly never ordering from this location. Ordered 2 mobile drinks and walked in. They never asked if I had a made a mobile order or anything. Waited for almost 20 mins and had to go up to ask. The matcha frappacino was so bitter that I had to add spoonfuls of sugar just to make it taste sweet enough to drink. It ruined my day after a long day of work. Never again with that location.

Ordered in store. Took 15 min before our drinks were started. 6 vehicles in drive thru went by while 4 mobile orders were done also.

Never going to this Starbucks again I ordered a iced coffee and they wrote something inappropriate on it and I was in the drive thru so they just ask for my card they usually have the tip button out but he just kept asking for my card so I assumed they tipped themselves cause a grande ain’t no ten dollars they were laughing behind the window so unprofessional. It took them forever just to opened the window it was some white man with a beard, when he opened it he looked annoyed like he wanted me to say something what was written on the drink worst service ever.

I will never go too this Starbucks again its the worst service ever they always get my order wrong and I don't care if their is no one in line they always take 10 min too 20 min too get your order its the worst they are so slow and when there is a long line you'll be there in 1 hour forget it worst service ever even online order they are just too slow the best Starbucks hand down is Campass point they are fast and on top of there orders here forget it makes you want too go over the counter and make your own coffee

Worst starbucks ive been too, i normally do not write reviews but this was the worst experience ive had. Was in line for 30 minutes in the drive thru and people ahead of me kept getting the wrong drinks. Do better

I had a rude customer service experience from the guy overseeing the drive thru at starbucks. I had the intention of ordering a venti size coffee but due to his poor customer service, I decided to order my coffee elsewhere (I wish I could have paid attention to his name). Honestly, I rather drive farther and get myself a cup of coffee than go to that establishment again.

I might be wrong, but l think this Starbucks is under new management… I don’t want to jinx it because it’s so close to my work. I just had a fantastic experience here. Was greeted very kindly when I walked in by a lovely lady with a warm smile. She asked for name and as I was sitting down I told her “I just ordered it a couple minutes ago” and BOOM it’s ready!!! I’ve spent 10-15 minutes waiting before. I mean we’re south of Shaw and my Lavender Matcha is made to perfection. No dark green chunks, mixed perfectly. Bravo Ashlan Starbies. Bravo
