I might be wrong, but l think this Starbucks is under new management… I don’t want to jinx it because it’s so close to my work. I just had a fantastic experience here. Was greeted very kindly when I walked in by a lovely lady with a warm smile. She asked for name and as I was sitting down I told her “I just ordered it a couple minutes ago” and BOOM it’s ready!!! I have visited this store the past couple of days, and each day, the customer service has been subpar. They seem to only care to get you in and out of the store. Employees seemed to not care to engage with customers.

The best part about this Starbucks location is their manager Tanya and the girl with blue hair whose hair used to be pink. They are both really hardworking individuals, kindhearted, and efficient workers. The other workers tend to get too comfortable, chatty, and relaxed while forgetting that they have customers, guests, and regulars who really need them to pay attention to. Both the District Manager and Regional Manager need to come into this location and have a crash course...
