Drive through worker at around 9pm was extremely rude. Don’t come here unless you want sass and awkward encounters.
I'm really disappointed in my order today, this is the second day in a row that I've ordered egg bites and I swear they taste like chemicals are in there... I don't know if they're expired or what.. yesterday my drink was really good but today I ordered the exact same thing and it's not good at all! I always order a iced blonde vanilla latte with whole milk and vanilla sweet cream cold foam and this drink I got today taste like I'm drinking straight espresso no flavoring at all. All this was like $13 and it was just a complete waste of money because all of my stuff is inedible.... and I would go back and see if they could remake it but I have to go to work so I have no time so here I am writing a review..

Friendly staff but noticed my protein box expired the same day they sold it to me. Would you buy something from the store that expires today? Okay. I told em I wanted something fresh they said that was the last one at 9:00AM. They lied because it was available online.

It took us 20-30 minutes to get our 3 drinks. 4 or 5 girls on the job...but only 1 working. I felt bad for her. I was about to cancel the order because I was waiting around but the girl had already made my kids their 2 drinks. The other girls would walk by and be wiping down stuff even though we were waiting. I'll never go to this one again. The one on Ashlan and Peach is the same...maybe it's the new age younger employees.

This place always takes forever I visit Starbucks everyday and this one on kings canyon and Clovis always takes forever and there’s only four of us in the drive through

Just waited over 10 minutes not moving in this drive through, with no apology for the wait when I got to the window AND the cashier completed my transaction before scanning my app
Every time I come to this site the team is positive with great energy! Even when they have difficult customers they know how to manage their special needs. Definitely recommend this site.

Drive thru service excellent but the actual coffee was very disappointing when a batista does not know how to make your order. A simple cappuccino extra dry. Extra means more hot milk froth cup should feel light. My coffee was handed over heavy. The I got espresso shots and hot regular milk. Hardly any froth. I got up looking forward to my weekend treat and it was ruined. Rough morning followed by shitty coffee 😔
We stopped by to order to go drinks for the family. And this lady with the aurburn braided hair was very rude and not kind toward us when we were asking for a cup holder. She pointed blankly and gave mugs at me and my sister in law for asking a cup holder. My sister in law reply with twice, saying thank you, and she looked at us with a mugged face and turned away. No response. Cashier that is tall and white also gave a rude service when I try to scan my points for rewards and my scan for card didn't work, he was very rude telling me I already scanned for points. I was not sure if they're all having a terrible day, but overall, customer service was not good at all.

I came in at 10:15pm on 12/21/24, my experience was horrible. The worker Jenn helped us out in the drive thru. First off she was rude from the start, had an attitude, and messed up our drinks. When we tried to tell her she told us to have a nice day and closed the window before we could tell her about our drink. We went down to fix our drink and she still had an attitude and the other 2 workers did as well. Hire ppl who don’t hate their jobs, everyone’s experience would be a lot better. very unprofessional
