This Starbucks is horrible. Everyone’s been waiting for more past than an hour on the drive-through line and the barista comes out right when we’re about to get to the window to tell us that they’re gonna stop doing drinks. They don’t close until 6 PM and she’s smiling and laughing about it. Very unacceptable. They need to start hiring some better workers and faster paced. Not even Dutch Bros would’ve done that.

Actually a nice place to be! But let me tell you: my wife wanted a specialty drink, which turns out to be out of season. The staff overheard me and was like “If you order such and such I can just add a splash of this and that and it’s basically the same” - wow, out of their way to fulfil our request and make me look like husband of the year, and a friendly smile to boot! Thank you Kaila and Rosa, merry Christmas!

I would really love to give this Starbucks 5 stars because everyone is wonderful happy and joyful. The manager is amazing, and they are dog friendly. I'm just disappointed with one of their employees (queer, long hair), He/they are very rude and disrespectful never has a smile on his face. I come here often and whenever I get him/they are taking my order I could just feel the energy. his/their tone is very rude always seem like they don't want to be there.

I came to get my assignment done today but my morning was ruined by this cashier it was a guy, I forgot to get his name but he was very rude, has curly hair and tie it behind his back. He just stared at me with no expression and didn’t even ask if I wanted my receipt. When I asked for it, it looked like he got triggered and ripped the receipt hella hard, this is very unprofessional and unpleasant he didn't even greet me while I did which made me feel very uncomfortable. Also waited for 15 minutes just for my chocolate croissant, very unorganized and unfriendly place. I also use to work at McDonald and other customer service too and even if I had a bad day I never treated my customer like that.
Update: I stayed because I do want to finish my assignment and as I was doing my stuff I notice how he was treating me so unfairly, maybe it was my race I am Asian because the girl that order before me she was also Asian too and he was also doing it so slow and gave her the same expression but when other race came he was laughing and giggling with them. He even brought out their orders to them while he just left mine on the rack and didn’t call for my name too. It was cold.

It's really great to be honest, the staff are friendly however sometimes it takes a little while to get your drink or food in general. I understand that working at a bakery is stressful and takes a lot of time to do things but maybe some of them could pick up the pace is all.

Drive through worker at around 9pm was extremely rude. Don’t come here unless you want sass and awkward encounters.
I'm really disappointed in my order today, this is the second day in a row that I've ordered egg bites and I swear they taste like chemicals are in there... I don't know if they're expired or what.. yesterday my drink was really good but today I ordered the exact same thing and it's not good at all! I always order a iced blonde vanilla latte with whole milk and vanilla sweet cream cold foam and this drink I got today taste like I'm drinking straight espresso no flavoring at all. All this was like $13 and it was just a complete waste of money because all of my stuff is inedible.... and I would go back and see if they could remake it but I have to go to work so I have no time so here I am writing a review..

Friendly staff but noticed my protein box expired the same day they sold it to me. Would you buy something from the store that expires today? Okay. I told em I wanted something fresh they said that was the last one at 9:00AM. They lied because it was available online.

It took us 20-30 minutes to get our 3 drinks. 4 or 5 girls on the job...but only 1 working. I felt bad for her. I was about to cancel the order because I was waiting around but the girl had already made my kids their 2 drinks. The other girls would walk by and be wiping down stuff even though we were waiting. I'll never go to this one again. The one on Ashlan and Peach is the same...maybe it's the new age younger employees.
