As a partner I was so sad to see again. Awful customer service. It also may be my store. We take pride in exceptional customer service and when a customer orders a black coffee, our partner a turn around and make that first. Coffee was not yet brewed which is mind blowing. Hoping management can turn this team around. Won't be returning due to the poor customer service given and the Coffee was burnt tasting.

i never had an issue but today there was this tall white lady with a scarf on her neck that was so rude for no reason . i thought i was missing something and i had asked for it and she yelled at me infront bc of all these customers that start i asked for was in the bag super unprofessional. i understand the pressure and it being busy but no need to yell at paying customers.
Always a long waiting time. I would avoid this one honestly and go to a different location.

I feel like this is one of the best Starbucks in Fresno. I ordered a Strawberry Creme Frap, a white mocha, and a bacon sandwich, the baristas made the drinks super good I went through the drive through, which I feel like always has a long line, but it goes by so quick.
