As a partner I was so sad to see again. Awful customer service. It also may be my store. We take pride in exceptional customer service and when a customer orders a black coffee, our partner a turn around and make that first. Coffee was not yet brewed which is mind blowing. Hoping management can turn this team around. Won't be returning due to the poor customer service given and the Coffee was burnt tasting.

The hardworking baristas, who are the backbone of the store’s operation, deserve better treatment and more substantial support from the company. Their reliance on tips, the need to juggle multiple jobs, and the challenging living conditions some face starkly contrast with the immense wealth and benefits accrued by corporate figures like CEO Laxman Narasimhan. This discrepancy highlights a significant area for improvement in how Starbucks values and compensates its frontline workers, who are essential to the brand’s success and customer experience.In summary, while the Starbucks location I frequent offers excellent service and quality, the company’s approach to employee welfare leaves room for significant improvement. Addressing these concerns would not only enhance the wellbeing of its employees but also strengthen the brand’s reputation and customer loyalty.Vegetarian options: I believe that all the drinks are vegetarian. But most foods and bakery items are not and have eggs in them.

anyways buddy but i love that they are because it's good business though i definitely would order thru app and pick up in store rather than drive thru because it takes longer in the drive thru.Parking: sometimes the lot is full but but just for starbucks. other stores on the same building.

i never had an issue but today there was this tall white lady with a scarf on her neck that was so rude for no reason . i thought i was missing something and i had asked for it and she yelled at me infront bc of all these customers that start i asked for was in the bag super unprofessional. i understand the pressure and it being busy but no need to yell at paying customers.

I feel like this is one of the best Starbucks in Fresno. I ordered a Strawberry Creme Frap, a white mocha, and a bacon sandwich, the baristas made the drinks super good I went through the drive through, which I feel like always has a long line, but it goes by so quick. Plus they're always so friendly here!
