This is about my 4th time having this location making platters for my associates at my company. They usually make 2 platters today I had 4 made and they were all eaten Thank you so much always taken care of me in a quick manner always.

giving 5 stars to this location bc of the lady employee who worked at 11/22 nighttime & handled the rush hour despite being alone and taking orders for 20 people who came together in a tour bus. our order took 1 hour despite ordering online but can’t really blame the worker bc of how busy it was and she was alone. subway needs to hire more people and stop making their employees work alone at night shift. she did a great job despite the busy schedule (I didn’t catch her name but just wanted to let management know she handled the situation really well)

I Ordered 4 sandwiches through the subway app, every sandwich came out wrong. All without cheese, none toasted, and one came with mayo when specified on app to put no mayo. Very disappointing when it’s $50 worth of food, and I cannot even go back because it is for my family at the hospital.
I went to this location this morning 10/25/2025 around 12. Lady was making sandwich for a spanish lady who did not know english, but employee was helping the lady in spanish and made her 4 sandwiches which is quiet impressive. i applaud her efforts of helping a customer despite a language barrier.

I ordered a sandwich online. I asked for extra pickles and extra olives. They did none of that. I asked for pepper jack cheese. I got American cheese. And I tried to call twice and both times they played like they couldn’t hear me.

The service took over 30 minutes to get a sandwich ordered and made. The ladies cannot get orders, correct. Very argumentative, and make rude derogatory remarks in their language towards me and other customers. Never allowing me to finish with my order. Because was too busy complaining about customers to her co.

So they put up the metal barrier over the meat and cheese station so you can't see what they're doing so you can't complain that they are putting LESS meat on the sandwiches now. I got a number 18 today. Last day I'm eating at subway.

This place is very rude . The lady was mopping and put gloves on, which they should know to wash their hands before touching food while mopping. They made the food sloppy . I asked a question and she answered rudely. This is the last time I will go there. They were charging me $5 for a scoop of tuna, they already don’t give the correct portions either.

I have in the past frequented subway deli's in Organge County. However, the stores I've been to here are awful! Whatever the corporate policy in Fresno needs revision! Portions are intensly scrutinize. Ie; asked for olives I was given two thin slices of one. Cheese is a small triangular piece of a slice ! The service in the Fresno locations is nonexistent. I haven't been to a subway in a year or so. I go to other REAL deli shops where they make good sandwiches and provide great service.
