The service took over 30 minutes to get a sandwich ordered and made. The ladies cannot get orders, correct. Very argumentative, and make rude derogatory remarks in their language towards me and other customers. Never allowing me to finish with my order. Because was too busy complaining about customers to her co.

So they put up the metal barrier over the meat and cheese station so you can't see what they're doing so you can't complain that they are putting LESS meat on the sandwiches now. I got a number 18 today. Last day I'm eating at subway.

This place is very rude . The lady was mopping and put gloves on, which they should know to wash their hands before touching food while mopping. They made the food sloppy . I asked a question and she answered rudely. This is the last time I will go there. They were charging me $5 for a scoop of tuna, they already don’t give the correct portions either.

I have in the past frequented subway deli's in Organge County. However, the stores I've been to here are awful! Whatever the corporate policy in Fresno needs revision! Portions are intensly scrutinize. Ie; asked for olives I was given two thin slices of one. Cheese is a small triangular piece of a slice ! The service in the Fresno locations is nonexistent. I haven't been to a subway in a year or so. I go to other REAL deli shops where they make good sandwiches and provide great service.
These Punjabi’s are taking over everything and to give the the benefit of doubt they hardly even put chicken in my sandwich, don’t support their business it’s

The server was really rude. I misunderstood what my total was so she decided that it was wise to count my money I had given her as if I was a child who did not know how to count. After I began eating, she decided to let my friend know that she did not want us to eat in there because she had already cleaned. I asked if they were closing and she said no. Not only was she rude, not able to give me a heads up about not wanting us to eat inside, but she is lazy. She also had double charged my friend for avocado and didn't even put the required amount of tomato in my sub sandwich. Horrible experience I ever had at subway. I will not be back and now I can see why a while back the place got tented for bugs. Lazy workers.

Unfortunately it is not much about the food but customer service. I came here often because it is close but they never allow you to use the restrooms. They are very rude. Can someone recommend a place where they are friendly and customers can use the restrooms? God! Do you really think customers will enjoy their food after a bad customer service?
