Came in at 7:14pm worker was mopping floor and told me the system was down because she is on her lunch and I would have to come back in 20 minutes. Store closes at 8:00pm. ???? Waiting in the car and worker locks the door and turned off the lights at 7:28pm.

Let me very specific... The manager was extremely rude, the other two workers were extremely helpful and polite I didn't get their names however, they went out of their way to explain the sandwiches to me after the manager expressed that I could read them myself. Sandwich was excellent and fresh. Place was clean bcuz Manager was making workers clean up after her and they were also helping customers at the same time while she complained about them. New management is much needed and this place will prosper. Manager is chasing customers away with her ugly ass attitude. Id give 0 stars if i could but im giving Two stars only for service bcuz of the two workers being so helpful.

I often go in to get lunch , the sandwiches are great made perfect bread is always good. They get really busy during lunch so a few times I have had to wait but overall the girls are very quick and attentive. The restaurant is always very clean. The bathrooms are clean. For a subway I like this one better then most.

The manager was disrespectful and slow! When she was making my food she wasn’t talking to me she was hitting on my boyfriend making both of us visibly uncomfortable and she reeked of weed.

Placed an order for pick up. Picked it up thinking it would have been made with the options I had added via the app. But it did not, very inconvenient to make my way back to tell them that I got a sandwich made wrong.

I ordered 6 sandwiches and the quality was horrible! The bread was thin and brittle. They did not put the ingredients we requested . There was very little mayo and and got peppers were added two of the sandwiches when I made it clear by removing them from the list of ingredients I wanted on each sandwich. Needless to say this was disgusting and not worth the $75 I paid!

Horrible sandwich they base there's service on tips, to bad you ain't getting another tip from me, sandwich was cold and nothing was toasted the eggs were ice cold the meat was cold the bacon was cold nothing was good, very poor quality service, they also need to dress better they looks like bumbs back there.. I would not recommend this place to a starving person!! This order was over $30 they don't deserve a tip for doing there basic job

Went in to get lunch with my kid, and they said they don't have kids' meals anymore or offer it. You have to buy a 6-inch sub. I think they just want to make more sales bs. Faults advertising dont go... kids meal is still on the menu wall.

It is the 4th time that I order online for 11:55-12:00pm and they don't do it on time.I usually order an hour before...I have to wait an extra 20mins...very understaffed..

Ordered for delivery, missing my chip & Coke zero, manager advised me to call door dash, won't help me to ask dasher to bring my missing items, asked for a refund but was told door dash is the one to give me the refund? though I provided my card payment to Subway! No way to contact door dash. Manager put me on hold for a long time, hoping I'll just hang up. Rude. No follow up from manager at all. Made a complaint to corporate, waiting to hear from them, not sure if it will!

They were out of a lot of items, no pepper , no avocado, no toaster so no toasted subs everything we wanted they didn't have , never any cookies ,just not prepared fully stocked.sandwich makers had no idea what comes on the new subs, when the menu behind them tells you exactly what comes on the sandwich overall disappointed experience c'mon subway on mckinley n chestnut step your game up we trynna "eat fresh"
