Nah! I paid for a tuna footlong sandwich and the bread was hard! Too complicated bringing it back! I was asking for a half a sandwich and she kept saying she couldn't give me a footlong. All she had to do was close her mouth listen and just remake the sandwich!

Horrible graveyard shift ladies. One of them with the tattoo on her hand/arm and a lot of makeup has an attitude and she is RUDE; the other woman just lets it happen. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. If they are not happy with their job they should quit.

I was there two nights ago with my son, and there was two ladies there who were very unprofessional, with a very much nasty attitude, but the one that is the most nastiest is the light skinned Mexican one who the manager said her name is Lonnie. Well, this person makes the visit to this subway uncomfortable every time. Instead of tending to you right away as soon as you walk in or greeting you at all, or even acknowledging you verbally, she stares you down and goes behind the counter and hides behind the divider that goes to the back room and she'll give you nasty facial expressions which is disgusting to have to look at every time you go in there and she'll wait about 3 minutes before she finally walks up to you and asks if you want anything or if you're ready to order. She has this demeanor about her that's just gross and to top it off she's hideous on the outside which makes her ugly inside and out. Every visit to the Subway has been negative whenever she's there but this last time went over the top because it was her and this other Indian girl who wears glasses who were teaming up together and not tending to me for like about 5 minutes before they said they refuse service for no reason just because they wanted to have a nasty attitude and I was being polite and kind and I called the manager Daisy and asked her to look at the cameras so they could see what I'm saying and she said they're unable to do anything because the owner doesn't do anything at all even after getting multiple complaints about that exact individual, and that maybe negative reviews will spark some action on the owner's part. Other than that, this Subway is great and I have been coming here for years for me or whoever else I get Subway for.

Two female workers there are very incompetent. Had to repeat what meat I wanted four times to her, then looked at as if I was stupid. One time they both seemed to be in competition with one another, both making my sandwich together and getting frustrated with one another since they couldn’t keep track of what the other was doing.

How do you forget to toast a sandwich when it says on instructions? Please get off your phone workers and stop being lazy. My food was horrible and it’s pretty hard to mess up a sandwich
Horrible experience I placed a mobile adder and when I was there waiting well over the expected time the employee behind the counter was moving ridiculously slow and kept stopping to stare at the people waiting, when I ultimately had to leave to go back to work I received no food of which I have already been charged for on my app . I asked her to cancel it and refund it and she said no she just won’t make it and to check on the app. This was last week. I still have not found a single way to contact them for a refund, and the only number it gave me was the store one when I called and it was the same woman answering and she said she wouldn’t refund it repeating she just wasn’t going to make it. How does her not making it benefit me or give me back my money.
