I’ve only came here like 3 or 4 times. But each time their staff seems unwelcoming. It’s like they just putting in least effort and ignore my questions. They don’t acknowledge you when you’re talking to them. This time while at check out, I just said “thank you” when they handed me my sub, they just ignored me again, then walked away with their cellphone and went to the back/ kitchen. It’s like they can’t hear me. Lol

One of the worst subways I've ever been in. Friend and i stopped for lunch and this lady slapped my sandwich together so quick and drowned it in mayo. She was more friendly to the non white customers taking her time....I shall never return. Thanks Subway

Second time here and the service was horrible. The first time I let it go thinking that the staff member was just having a bad day. I decided to stop by again and it turns out that they are just RUDE!! They keeping saying that they don’t have certain ingredients, that the app does not work for points/rewards, and when preparing the food the staff members keep touching their clothes. A guy before me was trying to use a coupon and the staff member said that they don’t do “coupons”, but that’s a lie, last time I was there a lady used one (about two weeks ago). The area is also not the best, but for them to treat every costumer in a “defensive way” is unnecessary. Overall horrible service!!! Please go to another subway if you can. There’s also a Chipotle near by and a McDonald’s, great service there.

We have ordered two sandwiches one of them was vegggie and the other was sweet onion teriyaki chicken but they have given us both veggie sandwiches. After that , we called the store and employees started arguing with us very rudely.

Nah! I paid for a tuna footlong sandwich and the bread was hard! Too complicated bringing it back! I was asking for a half a sandwich and she kept saying she couldn't give me a footlong. All she had to do was close her mouth listen and just remake the sandwich!

Horrible graveyard shift ladies. One of them with the tattoo on her hand/arm and a lot of makeup has an attitude and she is RUDE; the other woman just lets it happen. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. If they are not happy with their job they should quit.
