Food was okay, the sauces they have extremely diluted that are basically water.Also the first thing they ask is "are you paying with EBT today?".Does that make a difference? I wasn't using EBT but I felt like that was a weird question.

Absolutely the rudest batch of angry employees I've ever had the pleasure or displeasure of dealing with. Ordered a sandwich in the app and removed everything I didn't want on the sandwich. Apparently the app does not translate that to the restaurant, but the restaurant refused to remake the sandwich, even though I showed her exactly what happened in the app. Proceeded to tell me over and over how I was wrong again even though I showed her specifically how the app worked or should I say did not work

Really nice owners. I have been coming to this location for a good long while now. Items were left off of my sandwich. Meat with black spots and not so fresh cheese were put into my sandwich. Probably won't be back.

Placed an online order, online it did not say they closed 30mins after. We showed up at 9:05pm and no one would answer or give us our food. I called today and spoked to a rude worker named Iman, she told me we can't get our money back or our food because she waited til 9:30, I told her that was a lie because we were there at 9:05 and she changed her story saying she waited until 9 so we can't get our money back or our food. Worst location, worst customer service. Couldn't even do the bare minimum and refund me ? PICK A BETTER LOCATION

Worst customer service ever . Never will I be back here again and I believe the guy who helped me was the manager but was very rude and didn't want to let us use restaurant bathroom although we did buy a couple of subways.

I got 2 sandwiches and 1 was overloaded with mayonnaise. Never had a sandwich I didn't like from here. The regular workers(possibly owners) are so nice and friendly all the time but this new girl today looked unfriendly like she didn't want to be there. They happily remade my sandwich and I love this subway.

We had a good experience at this subway. Came here with my Mom as we needed a quick lunch between work. The ladies were nice and helpful towards my Mom as she had coupons and questions. The lady who helped us did a good job of preparing the sandwich and loading it up for us. I've recently been having subway while in Fresno for lunch, and this was the best tasting sandwich I've had compared to other locations. As well, their selections offered towards coupons were better than other recent subways we've experienced on the north side of town. Thanks for the time!

worst customer service ever!!! seems like they’re racist the girl that works there with dyed colored green hair didn’t even smile or say anything nice..I would tell her what I wanted she would just slap it on rude as hell!!!!!! Not a friendly place ☹️ Will never return to that miserable place!!!!!

Horrible customer service and rude employees. They need to hire new workers or retrain their staff so they can improve their customer service skills. I've only been here a few times and each time I was polite and patient yet I still got attitude. Maybe I just have bad luck and only get the bad workers when I go there but I won't be coming back. Their sandwiches are subpar anyway.
