The male owner (i think he’s the owner) and the older lady are just rude. You make a request to add additional items and are rudely told a bold lie of “no and it’s posted all over the store no substitutions, etc” with such attitude like it’s coming from their check! Whats wild is I said “I’ll pay extra of course” and was still met rudely with that reply when there is absolutely no posting of it whatsoever. Why have this business if you’re just gonna give attitude to customers? Do better Subway, this is giving the brand a bad name
Update: you will be ignored if you are waiting in line so that pick up orders who just walk in are helped first smh.
