Been coming to this location for a long time but ever since they remodeled the service is horrible. I know it's the same owner but she's hardly there anymore instead there is this lady, looks Hispanic but isn't, and when she's there nothing works, bathrooms, soda fountain, coupons and more recently she said the app wasn't working to scan whatever it is they scan. Since I've been to other locations because of all this I've noticed it's also more expensive. I advise anyone to go elsewhere.

Every time we try to use a coupon they give me some excuse about not being able to use it on the sandwiches I get. Dude I get a spicy Italians and Cold cut combos. They also always over charge me and always have attitude. They literally charge items separate so you don't get combo discounts. They never give you or offer you their deals at this location. They hate it when you don't pay full price here. Last time my girl refused to pay because they didn't wanna honor a coupon so they changed their minds and snagged the coupon from her hands. (After arguing) She told them nevermind and walked out pissed. It's always the same mean Punjabi ladies too. They're also always on the damn phone. Customer service at this location is trash. You complain about anything and they will always argue back. Not coming back here ever. Worst subway in town. They need a whole new crew. Ridiculous.

I recommend to not purchase from here. I went in today to purchase an all American sandwich. I was very being polite and patient with the employee. I was happy with my order at first until when I went to pour Sprite from their soda fountain there was actual specs of mold in my drink, I poured it out and the worker yelled at me saying that’s not where you pour out the soda but I had explained to her why I was pouring it out. I left there unhappy, and sick to my stomach that I couldn’t eat my sandwich.she didn’t even give me my receipt and it didn’t come to my mind to take a picture of my beverage with the mold specs in there.

Don't come here they be charging you an arm and leg I went to get a footlong and they charged me 20 dollars !!!! The place I go to in my town only charges me 11 dollars for the same sandwich that is crazy they charge 4 extra dollars for a different meat and all I got was ham and pepperoni freaking ridiculous it should not be that expensive for a sandwich and they barley put toppings freaking whores being greedy and money hungry!! will never eat here again and do not recommend!!

OVERPRICED AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady yelled at me when I questioned why I was paying $17 for a foot long. Don’t even bother going here. They overcharge everything and worker with name “Kaur” on her hat does not know how to communicate with customers. I kept asking for them to do stuff on my sandwich like toast and they ignored and kept making it.

The sandwich was a very light on the ingredients. The customer service was good not great but not amazing. The atmosphere was a little uncoordinated.
DO NOT GO! They have way over priced subs compared to others. 2 footlong subs and cookies came out to $38 after tax. They were kind-ish but really push up sales. It'll save you a lot of money just to drive down to a different subway to get your food.

Walked in received a bad attitude from the older lady and walked right out I wouldn’t give my money to anybody with horrible customer service this is how you know this subway is franchised and owned by the people who work there usually people who owns their own franchise have horrible customer service and their sandwiches are overpriced anyways save yourself the drive and go else where

They are skimpy on the vegetables and try to tell you that you can't have certain veggies on certain sandwiches.3.) They are extremely overpriced compared to other Subways. My breakfast sandwich was $13 which is a rip-off. I get the exact same sandwich at my favorite location for $9.You can see other reviews complaining about the same thing. This franchise has inflated menu prices compare to all other subways in Fresno. Two sandwiches here total an extra $7 more than other locations. If you want subway go somewhere else and save yourself $7 plus dollars per visit.
