I was so disappointed in the presentation of the catering option. I needed my sandwiches individually wrapped for school athletes. (Required by the school district!) The employees told me they couldn’t do it and this was fine. The sandwiches were made sloppily and didn’t look appeasing at all. Unfortunately, got Subway they had to eat those sandwiches. There was no way I would spend my money on this. I ended up spending more than double the amount to get what I wanted at Deli Delicious. Last photo.

I was approaching the door and she locked it before I could enter it and said sorry we’re closed. There was still 10 minutes rude employees and I called to ask what the store number was so that I could make a complaint and she said she had permission to close early. She said the toaster was not working. I was not allowed to order and this was very frustrating.!!!! To top it off she hung up on me.

Inside is nice and clean. Their ingredient table was very neat and clean, compared to some other places where you can see veggies mixed in with each other or meats and etc, but here everything was tidy. At times the workers can be seen to maybe come off rude; however, when you take a step back, you'll see they are not all born and raised in America so there is a culture and language gap which we should all understand. Also they wear masks which can really make it difficult too; however the fact they still wear masks is a huge plus. Really love this establishment.

Wouldn't recommend this location. Went to pay and had a coupon. They wouldn't allow me to use the coupon because I didn't tell them before making the sandwich, which I've never had a problem before. So instead on honoring the coupon they rather throw away the sandwich. Walked out! And will never come back to this location.

Arrived around lunch time. Ordered my usual foot long with chicken breast. Clean establishment. The workers greet you but in a forceful non happy genuine way. When asked what you want they almost look irritated for waiting on your response. Ingredients are fresh and good it's just the customer service that was a bit off. They were definitely not happy to be there.
