At Round 3:30pm at subway store I was kicked out by the owner Name (aman ) she thought I was a homeless and asked me as I walked in the restaurant, restrooms are for customers I was not even near the restroom I told her I’m picking up my food to go so she refused to give me her name, and she refused to tell me who she was. I asked for a supervisor she never replied, she judge me right away as a homeless person that’s not correct judging others, homeless people are nice people they also could have money to purchase food I am also reporting this to corporate judging people as they walk is unacceptable not even a welcome greeting just a (restrooms are for customers ) that’s not correct I will never return to the facility 2819 W Clinton Ave Suite 104, Fresno, CA 93705 Marks & Clinton

I have picked up two Subway sandwiches every single Saturday night for my parents who work at 4:30 A.M. on Sunday for YEARS. On Saturday 5/6 I was running late and arrived at Subway at 8:40 twenty minutes before close for my order. To my surprise, the ladies had already closed up and I was unable to get my food. It was frustrating since I wasn’t able to pick up anything else for my parents, but I decided to go in next day to sort it out. I politely asked if I could have the sandwiches made today as a compromise since I have given them business for years and years. The manager was extremely aggressive, telling me I had no right to get a refund OR my sandwiches today. She said I had a 2 hour limit to pick up my food, but it doesn’t say that anywhere on the app. I have been a loyal customer since as long as I can remember and instead of offering me even a coupon, I was yelled by the manager. Extremely unprofessional, they’re perfectly fine stealing $20 from loyal customers. No where on my order (photos attached) does it say anything about a time limit. And if they wanna close 30 minutes early, they should adjust the hours online. Prepare to be yelled at if you have any complaints!

Horrible decision to come here. First clue should've been 12:20 pm and nobody was here. Subways tend to get busy at lunch but not this place. I ordered my tuna sandwich, toasted. She barely put it in the oven and took it out right away. My sandwich was not toasted at all. Veggies looked wilted and even had brown marks. Don't go here. I was hungry and was too late and tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt.

The store was clean and pretty much empty so I was able to order right away. My sandwich came out perfect as always. My only complaint would be that the employee working needs to touch up her customer service skills.

I got a chicken bacon sand which. To my knowledge, you are suppose to warm up the chicken, and then place it on the bread. She didn't warm up the chicken. She placed cold chicken onto my sandwich, and then warmed it up the toaster. When I bit into my sandwich it's was freezing cold chicken. Do not go here or waste your money
