Ordered a sandwich today with light creamy sriracha and they evidently put more than even a normal amount; my mouth was on fire and there was so much it was dripping out the sandwich as I ate.
Quick evening bite, the customer service here was great, my sandwich was prepared very well, I'm a fan of a bigger veggie portion over the protein. The restaurant was clean and well kept.
We accidently ordered at the wrong place being this location we were just trying to wonder if they can cancel it and if not I mean it's fine. So when we called them and told them they just hung up on us and when I have gone here in the past they are just mean. I don't know 1 nice worker here.
The lady who made my order was friendly but the bread (Italian herb and cheese) was hard as if they toasted it and I didn’t get a toasted sandwich so it seems as if it was sitting out for a long period of time and the sprite flavor was out of syrup so all I got was carbonated water which was disgusting btw I went on my lunch so I couldn’t take the soda back and I was sooo disappointed because I wanted a sprite so bad so I have to rate accordingly.
This place is never ever open on time
Do not order online. These workers will scam you and not give you what you pay for. I ordered the Boss sandwhich and no peperoni nor cheese was in my sandehich. Also I went during my lunch time , the lady told me she's close due to her break and to come back 2 hours she closed because supposedly she is the only one working but her coworker was sitting in there on their phone.
They short change you on food and WAS NOT fresh. No discounts for seniors.
Just bought 3 footlongs all 3 were hard as a rock stail
If I could rate zero stars I would. Just went to this location and the lady refused to serve me because she was on break. Eating behind the counter while other customers are eating inside. I don't know who owns this place, but I've never experienced anything of the sort at any other location. Taking my money somewhere else from now on!
Placed an online order and my sandwich was made wrong. Wasn’t even toasted. I went back to get it remade and the women opened my sandwich and touched my sandwich with her hands and told me to get my money back through the subway app. She was so rude then proceeded to tell me to never come back. The owner just looked at her yell at me and did nothing. Get better staff and train them to have better customer service.

Today I came in to this Subway and was helped by a very rude, and condescending person calling herself Binder with an in training name tag. She could not be more irritated that we dared to come into the store and order from her. Through all the disapproving sighs we did get through the order and the food was acceptable. I do want to warn people about the large spill with no signage or awareness. Theres also a sign on the door stating ANY 6" sub with chips and small drink for 6.99. After making sure it was any sub with Binder, we ordered a 6" beast and were told no. This happened around 5:10pm on November 13th 2024.

They robbed me.
At about 5:30 on the date this review is being posted, I placed an order for a sandwich. I was right in front of the store. Lights on, open light bright and blazing, I place an order on the app to use a coupon code.
Everything goes through, my money gets taken, the app says it is being made. I figure I'll save a bit of gas, wait inside for a bit while it's being made.
The door is locked. The staff member inside is waving me to go away.
The app continues to say my food is being made. I wait in my car. Maybe she's the only employee and she's on her break?
I wait patiently. Continuing to check the app, if they close, it'll say they canceled my order right?
All of the lights inside the store turn off. My order is not canceled. But I assume they're closed, so no biggie, they'll cancel it soon, I'll go someplace else, though it's irritating.
By the time I arrive at a different place to get some food, because I still gotta eat, the app says my order is not canceled, but COMPLETE?!
And it is 5:52. Well within the hours they CLAIM to be open. Don't go here. It's a joke. These people are horrible, and they're thieves.

I had my husband go pick up my order. Come to find out, we were already out of town, and the girl wanted me to take the sandwiches back. My order was all wrong. My 2 '6' sandwiches weren't tosted. Did not have the extras I asked for. Mine and my grandsons were with none of our extra. Also, I did not get any of our sandwiches right.called the store, and she didn't want to replace my food she said no sandwiches, nothing I couldn't do. I used to be a manager. I know what we need to do in a fast food place. Then she has the balls to hand up. I have my receipts with my special instructions as well. All I wasn't is for them to take care of customer like they were serving their own families. This is bad customer service the subway on 4116 n west suit 102 Fresno ca 93705
