I was in here late Thursday and bought 3 footlongs with extra meat for my daughters cold cut and 2 extra scoops of tuna for the 2 other footlongs and I was hoping to get my 4th footlong free soon and when I asked about the rewards number or the promotion for the 4th she said you already paid you don’t get the promotional deal. So I asked for my receipt to add points later and she said it doesn’t work that way, I paid and it works if you add it before purchasing! I was so annoyed and angry I paid $55 for her not having customer service skills!!

They have 0 customer service and only worried about upcharges and extra charges. Even if that what they charged you for was not supplied, have it. Your way is not. What happens here at this Subway?

Got off the bus at 7:40 AM with about 10 minutes before my transfer to get to work, and I was starving. I start to walk to the Savemart when I saw the heavenly glow of an OPEN sign at this Subway. I walk over to purchase a the ambrosia that is the steak breakfast sub... only to see that the store is empty, lights inside are off, doors locked. Despite the open sign inticing me like a moth to a flame. I checked the hours only to find that they don't open for nearly an hour and a half.
They don't care that they are advertising that they are open when not. But I'm sure that corporate would not be happy that they are 1. Annoying customers enough that they may never go to this location, and 2. That they are wasting electricity, especially if this could encourage damage to the store by late night drunken idiots thinking that they are open at 2 AM.

Walked in to place an order and the lady behind the counter was rushing us and somehow they only had white bread yet I was able to see the rack behind her with different ones. Yeah ok? And then, she said that we couldn't do a promo they had stamped outside their window because supposedly we didn't meet the criteria. However when asked why she said because it's only for certain sandwiches (it did not say that on there). Lastly, she told me we couldn't use our Subway gift card. Hello? No Subway gift cards at a Subway? This place is bull. Don't recommend.
Ordered a sandwich today with light creamy sriracha and they evidently put more than even a normal amount; my mouth was on fire and there was so much it was dripping out the sandwich as I ate.

Quick evening bite, the customer service here was great, my sandwich was prepared very well, I'm a fan of a bigger veggie portion over the protein. The restaurant was clean and well kept.

We accidently ordered at the wrong place being this location we were just trying to wonder if they can cancel it and if not I mean it's fine. So when we called them and told them they just hung up on us and when I have gone here in the past they are just mean. I don't know 1 nice worker here.

The lady who made my order was friendly but the bread (Italian herb and cheese) was hard as if they toasted it and I didn’t get a toasted sandwich so it seems as if it was sitting out for a long period of time and the sprite flavor was out of syrup so all I got was carbonated water which was disgusting btw I went on my lunch so I couldn’t take the soda back and I was sooo disappointed because I wanted a sprite so bad so I have to rate accordingly.
