Extremely rude customer service. They also wont allow you to substitute any meats. The food is still the same old subway but unable to customize and build it your way. My table is a bit dirty also, smells funny, like it was wiped with a dirty rag. I waited 10 minutes to be greeted and i was the only one in line. Gives out extremely small portions of meat. Supposedly "the beast" more like "the least" had to pay 3.50 for extra meat on that and she was pissed when i asked for more after i saw the amount she put. U got ur money, why are you mad?

Ordered a chicken sandwich untoastwd today but instead of getting my meat warmed like it should have been on a c.b.r she just said u sure u don't want it toasted, I have no teeth, I don't want my bread toasted.. so I get freezing cold chicken and a weird look? Perfect... just what I wanted to spend $30 on hard pass on any subway in the future. I just wanted my over roasted chicken breast but they did away with that without saying anything to anyone.. no need in eating there anymore at all ever

Stingy af w their vegetables, I ordered online to have them put more vegetables on all of them I got & it has the weight of a regular foot long. Last time I ordered from them they had it right. Jerseys mikes is the way idk why I didn't go w my gut.
