This is my favourite subway so far, I always go there at night. There’s these guys; Monu, Sahil and Nikhil, they’re so good. I like the way they work. I recommend this subway to all.

The staff at this location have been extremely dishonest and unprofessional. After purchasing a $50 gift card, which clearly includes a Free Footlong reward, the employee refused to scan my coupon unless I bought a drink and chips. He lied and said it was the “only way” to redeem the free sandwich. He ended up using my Free Footlong coupon anyway and still charged me $4.59 for items I repeatedly said I did not want.
When I confronted him, he claimed he didn’t understand English and told me to come back when another employee was there. I’ve been going back for days asking them to fix the mistake, and both employees kept making excuses, pretending they didn’t know how. Today, I returned again and the same employee told me to wait for his manager. When the manager arrived, he acted dismissive, tried to convince me the incorrect transaction was “correct,” and refused to fix anything. He kept telling me to call corporate, even though corporate doesn’t answer the phone.
When I asked for the owner’s or district manager’s contact information, they refused to provide it. The manager became hostile, raised his voice, and accused me of things I didn’t say. One of the employees even made a threatening comment, and I had to leave the store for my own safety.
This location is mishandling customer rewards, refusing to correct their mistakes, and creating an unsafe environment. I will be filing a formal complaint and escalating this matter immediately.

I asked for the Philly and the attendant gave me more vegetables than meat. Aside from me not being able to understand him, he appeared to be bothered by me asking about a coupon I had. He said he couldn't take it. The meat he put on there was just enough for a toddler. And yet my order was $16. Will not be returning there.

How to coupon it was still showing good for the next 10 days and they wouldn't take it. They showed me a bunch of other coupons from the same sheet and they wouldn't take the one where you buy a footlong sandwich and get a 6-inch for free. So I guess they pick or choose what they want to do. Unfortunately I will probably never do that to that way again.

Employees do not talk properly with the customer . There is no cleanliness at all and there are untrained employees. They make sandwiches absolutely useless.
