This has been our favorite Subway until today. I spent $40 (+$5 tip) for 2 foot long and one 6 inch sandwiches. What we got were skimpy, dry sandwiches. The teriyaki chicken had a smidgen of sauce on the end of 1 half, no mayo, no oil and vinegar, 5 leaves of spinach... it was disgraceful and NOT worth $45! 6 jalapeños and 6 wax peppers for a foot long sandwich??? I hope the savings is worth it because I'll never eat here again and I hope others quit eating here, too.

I ordered my sandwich and when I went to eat it there was literally like no cheese at all n I asked for pepper jack n they put mozzarella like dude put hardly anything on my sandwich but when I seen him make his sandwich he had a bunch of cheese and meat and everything else n to me that's sum bullshit

Employee doesn't follow instruction . Gave me the wrong, bread. when I ask him, twice already! That I wanted Italian, herb and cheese. I don't know, if it's the new management but before the place was alright.

I used to go here quite a bit haven't been there in about 2 years now they accused me of something that I didn't have any idea what they're talking about very accusatory never heard from the manager either or the owner as far as that goes so you might want to be careful going to this location they don't take all the coupons either.

I came in early for an order I ordered online. To be exact 9 minutes early and was told they can’t make my sandwich until the order comes in even if I have my confirmation number on my phone with details on the sandwich and how to make it. The registration lady was so rude she ignored me when I asked about my sandwich order she said oh well you have to wait n said the sandwich on the counter wasn’t mine and just starts helping other ppl while im standing there. Then I leave come back and asked for a manager she said we don’t have one. She refused to give me any information and was rude. I asked her for her name and she walked away from me and went to the back and got her coworker to help me by giving me her name. The rude employee was named Ida I believe.It’s passed my order time. Guess what my sandwich was made the whole time just sitting in the counter. I gave her my name when I first came in she said that it wasn’t mine. I asked her for her manager and she clearly said we don’t have one. I recorded it all. left my cell phone number to complain to a manager, will see if they even call me back to get the complaint. I was late clocking back in to work because of this employee. I’m so disappointed. If u don’t like ur job get a new one.

Made me wait 5 minutes because he was sweeping. Told him I have ebt and he yells it out loud again to ask me after I told him 20 seconds before. AND DIDNT TAKE MY COUPON. All my coupon listed was a 8 dollar footlong that excluded a couple things. A spicy Italian we’re not one of those things and he made me pay full price even though I saw it no where to n the coupon that I couldn’t get that. Even after I wanted for him to finish sweeping he could’ve been accepting
