I did a order in the app for pick up using the BOGO deal. Once I got home I noticed both sandwiches were wrong they were missing ingredients and had some I did not ask for. I took them back and the man refused to remake my sandwiches. So I just asked for the missing sauce and he was still refused. His words were it's a free sandwich why are you mad

This place was pretty gross. The veggies looked terrible and the lettuce especially was quite brown. The guy that made my sandwich clearly had better things to do, put the wrong kind of cheese on it even after I corrected him and I had to keep repeating the other veggies I wanted. Oh and he kept sneezing.Overall. Not clean. Staff was out of it. I won’t go back

I ordered off of Doordash and added avocado, which I was charged for but didn't receive it in my food, and they won't answer the store phone so there is no way to get this fixed.

Well the employee made a error on their side and charged me 2 times for the same 2 sandwichs. So I came back to see if they would fix and left my information with them. It has been 3 days and I still haven't heard back from the manager. Technically I paid $53.** For 2 salami foot long's. When the bill was only $26.**.
I go to this subway very often cuz they are the only ones that except the coupons. I will not be returning EVER AGAIN. Employees were rude told me I couldn't share my coupons with the person behind me told me they would refuse to serve me! Then my sandwiches had hardly any meat on any of them. I ALWAYS get 2 sides of sweet onion sauce but refused to give me them cuz I was using a coupon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!

The food was okay. Veggies tasted like it had been sitting a lot longer than usual. Staff was rushy and did not look happy at all. Came during nighttime since i just got into town. Wish the customer service was a bit better, even if it's late at night. I'm trying to be polite but can't fix grumpy workers. Left a 20% tip even though customer service was bad, I know how it feels to work in the food service yet alone night shift but doesn't give excuses to customer service. Hope the tip helps them feel better at the end of the night even though its not much for a 15 doller meal.

We ordered and shared the #8 Rotisserie chicken w/cheese, garlic aioli.How difficult is it to make a sandwich ?? The ? chicken, Lettuce sauce etc etc wasn't spread evenly. The ? bread....dry and crumbly!!!What happened subway? All subways quality has gone down! They used to be delicious!!!!
