I picked up a sandwich from this Subway yesterday, Nov 13 around 7:30 PM. After eating only a few bites, I felt sick and ended up vomiting about 5 minutes later. Something was definitely wrong with the food—either not fresh or poorly handled. This was unacceptable and honestly scary. I’ve eaten Subway many times before, but this location really let me down. I will not be visiting again.

Ordered a buy a footlong get one for $1 through the app and midway into processing my order through Apple Pay, the app removed the coupon and charged me full price.
I called the store to cancel the order so I can place a new one, but they said they can’t cancel anything on their end. I called Subway support, they divert you to the website. I go to the website, they divert to a chatbot. The chatbot takes information and says they will email you, and they don’t email you. The app diverts you tot he website.
By the way, the Subway website says you should be able to cancel the order at the store.
Insanely horrible runaround service, and a catalyst for Subway being run into the ground by competitors and laughable service.

Two customers together in the same car purchasing separately obviously with separate forms of payment, manager refused to honor our coupon, and we did not get our chips and drinks! Was not happy about this, so if four people working together decide to go in together each paying separately only one coupon? Something is wrong here.

When my husband and I walked in, a young girl was changing the bags from the trash cans, then walked to the sink rinse the tips of her fingers. I told her, can you please wash your hands right with soap. The man “owner” gave her an ugly attitude. They are dirty and the man looks very grumpy all the time.

Onions and bell peppers are not chopped properly and front face of fridge and chips rack is no good no changing of gloves and no hand washing and she didn’t allowed me to talk to her senior 🙏
