Service is pretty bad. The guy acts like my teenage son when I ask him to take the trash out, except he's a grown Indian man. He hates his job and it's very clear.

This is the first time I’ve been to a Subway in fresno that does not take coupons! When you present your coupons that you get from the mail, this location won’t accept them. So your coupons doesn’t work. All other fresno locations take coupons.

I had a terrible experience, will never come back to this location and I’m filing a formal complaint with subway. I placed an online order on the subway app for a to go order, paid and went to pick it up and was met with rude employees. They claim to never have received my order, ignored me when I’m showing them it was at the correct location and just said they couldn’t help me because they didn’t get anything. I had my receipt, still they didn’t care. Did not offer to make the sandwich they never made AND refused a refund and said to contact wherever I paid through. I used the app!! I understand things happen but they were very rude and unprofessional about it. I would give 0 stars If I could.

They didn’t accept app coupons even though their location is marked as a participating location then she Basically shooed me away when I brought up how they should honor it technically. The coupon said valid in store. She claimed the owner said not to honor the app coupons as all. They should remove their participation if you don’t want to honor it. Do not bait and switch customers!

Subway is my favorite sandwich shop. The ingredients are always fresh and I love the white bread. The employees are always friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Been eating there for years and will continue to do so. My favorite sandwich is the Spicy Italian.

They don’t accept promo codes at all. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE. Save your self some time. I tried to get clarification why not. Employees had no explanation besides “I’m not going to accept the promo code”. Tried calling their restaurant spoke to a lady to get clarification couldn’t again explain and hung up on me. Tried to get a simple managers name. Couldn’t assist. Tried to call multiple times times after being hung to inquire more about their situation/service and are no longer picking up. Save your time and money from this location
