She argued and said I ordered wrong, after many minutes she finally made my sandwich after she called somebody. Very rude behavior for her mistake.

Made an online order that had specific instructions not to include tomatoes and use italian bread. When i arrived to pick up the order it was still being made and the despite saying it was ready to go on the site. Workers speaked very rude and gave me the wrong bread and had tomato in my sandwich worst subway experience ever!

This was the closest Subway to where we were at so we went there. No other customers were inside except for us. The lady was nice and the store and bathroom were clean. I got a 6-inch turkey sandwich and husband got a foot long tuna with eggs sandwich. The pickles looked disgusting and there were two containers with lettuce, but one didn't look fresh at all. My sandwich bread looked so small, like it wasn't cut in half from a foot long. Like the bread is getting smaller or they just didn't cut that specific one evenly, I really don't know because it was my first time at that location. The only reason I didn't complain is because I've been on a diet where I'm just eating less food. So, I guess somehow that worked out for me, plus my sandwich did taste good.

We come to Subway after shopping next door to Vons , we are about to order and i needed to use the restroom. We asked for them to unlock the restroom. The lady says oh no we don't have a key for it. My husband asks so she can't use the restroom, she says "NO, we don't have a key " What sandwich eatery DOES NOT HAVE A KEY to open the restroom For DINE IN CUSTOMERS??? Ridiculous and Bad business!!! Needless to say we ordered a sandwich and basically didn't get to use the restroom too wash my hands nor GO TO THE RESTROOM!!! The owner should been ashamed!!!!

I ordered online the other day and had a great experience. I prefer my sandwich triple toasted (lol) but the app doesn't give you the option to do that, but after placing my order I called the store and spoke to one of their employees who kindly let me add that request, and she was so sweet about it. When my order was delivered, I knew they honored my request and for that alone they get 5 stars, giving any less and you'd be an a******* My sandwich, Italiano w/ modifications, was really good. It had fresh and tasty ingredients...so what is not to love.

Took my nine year old daughter here late after soccer practice tonight to try to get her some dinner before we headed home for bed. Fortunately we arrived before closing time at 8:52. But when we tried to enter we found the door was locked, which was confusing because closing time was clearly listed at nine pm. It was further confusing because the lights were on and there was a young female employee in view behind the counter obviously trying to close early. There was also a young man sitting in the guest area, perhaps a boyfriend, doing his best not to look up. The young lady looked directly at us when we tried the door and then looked embarrassed as she put her head straight back down trying to ignore us and finish her closing task. I stood there for a moment and then knocked. The young lady looked up briefly again and then back down without acknowledging us or offering any kind of explanation about needing to close early ... A second young female employee walked out of the back and paused when she saw us as well. There was some exchange between the two employees with some associated giggling and then they both walked to the back room seemingly trying to get out of our view as they both seemed embarrassed about ignoring a customer to try to leave early. The boyfriend continued to stare intently at something apparently very interesting on his phone. Since I could no longer see either employee as they hid in the back, I tried calling the store to see if we could get some service. Remarkably, the phone went unanswered. Very classy ...

I placed an online order at 12:13 pm with a ready for pickup time of 12:35 pm. I showed at 12:40pm and it still wasn't ready. Finally after they knocked out the 2 people ahead of me they ask me if I was here for an online order and I confirm. Then they take another 5 minutes as they try to situate their online order situation. At about 12:45pm the employee asks, "Do you mind if we do wheat or white instead of the bread you ordered?" I ask, "You guys ran out?" She relates, no we are just running short. WTF?? So give my bread away to preserve for the next customer??? Then more people show up and they put all the online orders to the side to tend to the new customers. I eventually get my sandwich at 12:53! Keep in mind I had a pickup time of 12:35 and several customers were helped ahead of me. Worst subway ever.

I usually like this subway but earlier got a sub I was not pleased. During the end of my sandwich build I said that was all to the workers question anything else but she proceeded to put mayo on it ruining the whole sandwich. Not a great experience
