I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Subway location this afternoon. The employee working the morning shift refused to honor a coupon for a free 6-inch sandwich, and in front of other customers, she was disrespectful and unhelpful.
I was made to wait for 15 minutes before she agreed to refund the 6-inch sandwich. By then, my other sandwich had gone cold. When I requested either a new sandwich or a full refund for my entire order, she disregarded my requests and continued to serve other customers.
I had to leave to drop off my daughter at home because of the extended wait and the employee's lack of concern. I then returned to the Subway and waited almost 45 minutes to receive my refund. I paid at 1:44 PM and finally received my refund at 2:30 PM.
The customer service I experienced was the worst I have ever encountered. I will not be spending any money at this location again.

Be aware guys 🛑 They are hiring people and give training for 1 week , they not pay for their training evenly all subway pay . After one week , these people schedule me for work then next week they fire me from work and also refuse to pay my working days . When fire me, they told we got back ours working guys . They just want people to work free.

Sign says they close at 9:30pm. But at 9:12pm doors were already locked. I'll go ahead and suggest your new hours of operation be edited to reflect reality. 9pm.

I will advise everyone not to eat at this Subway. Not only are the vegetables wilted and soggy. The bread is hard and the girl is very rude that works. There is very rude! And the place is dirty! Very. Bad service

I ordered through the app, I said more of everything (sauces and veggies) yet they still barely put any ingredients. It was like I was only eating bread.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We ordered a 6 inch grilled chicken sandwich, where's the chicken? The pretzel was extremely hard, we almost broke a tooth and the cookie was undercooked. I will NEVER go back here. I'll be taking my business to Jersey Mike's from here on out.

First time I came over, I had gotten a different dressing than I had ordered because the labels on the bottles were incorrect. That was a mistake, probably, I'll give them that. Second time around, I went in for a tuna foot long. For reference, I have ordered from different places before, never had an issue with the portions, I have worked at a subway before as well. The sandwich had a very light weight to it, when I looked in the sandwich as saw that there was a very thin layer of tuna on there as though they added half of what they were supposed to add on the sandwich and tried to spread it across the whole foot long. To give you a visual, the cheese and the tuna had the same width. I recommend you save your money and go to a different subway in town as this business is set on skimping on ingredients and robbing you of your money. To make matters worse, they keep the lid over the meats open and cover your view from seeing how much meat they add, or don't add in this case, into your sandwich. Don't have high hopes for this location, as their reviews have reflected so far.
