I ordered online sandwiches they didn’t put cheese even I mention not toasted and when I get there they have bad attitude and bad customer service never ever will order here again better go place where people like work

I walked in today and the girl at the counter was talking to her friend and did not acknowledge me or my husband when we walked in. We waited by the ordering side and she just kept talking to her friend while we waited. She never said a word to us she did not try to take our order. After a few minutes passed we walked out and left. I’ve never had an issue when I’ve come to this location before but I won’t be coming back again. Just go to jersey mikes if you want a sandwich.

Their accent was way too thick, they couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand them, I had to repeat myself so many times and the meat and cheese area was blocked so I couldn’t see and they gave me the completely wrong meat.

My sandwich comes with three different meat’s literally they put a 1 slice each paper thin lol it was funny except when you realize you paid more than $10 bucks for this sub that smells like armpits and taste like one

They always reject my coupons here. Just yesterday showed coupon 8.99 footlong meal prior to order, girl tolld me I could use it. After my footlong was done she stated you get chips & drink w/coupon, scanned coupon then stated coupon not working, it might have been over used. Really! Just say u don't want to take coupons in instead. Ended up paying almost $11 for footlong alone. U just lost another customer, don't buy here
Had a very uncomfortable experience at this Subway as the staff were clearly discriminative towards disabled people. We had paid just like any other customer but were asked to leave as they were "starting to get busy". This was very rude as we were clearly still eating and were not being disruptive or taking up much space at all. I would not recommend coming to this location. You do not treat people like this and I hope this can be addressed and corrected because this should not be acceptable behavior.

I got a couple sandwiches from here last night. I spent the whole night in the bathroom. And now it’s the next day and I’m still sick. The bread was stale. The food just didn’t taste fresh. I should’ve eaten it. I’ll never go back there again.

If I could give this subway less than 1 star I would, they have 2 girls there with terrible customer service. They gave an attitude to an older gentleman ahead of us cause he decided to change some ingredients on his sandwich, they did the same to me because I said "everything on it except tomatoes," and they did not toast it even though it was supposed to be. My wife's sandwich was terrible, it was missing several ingredients too.

Horrible service, new girl made me a sandwich with hardly any meat, about 5 olives and very little lettuce and spinach like it’s coming out of her pocket. This is by far the skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever had. And the soup was cold. To top it off, I wasted almost 30 minutes for a “fast food sandwich” Don’t go to this subway.
