I love Subway and I’ve never left a review for this location because I didn’t want to spit in my sandwich or something; but every time, and I mean EVERY time I order from this particular location, something is always wrong. If they’re out of an item they won’t tell you, they’ll just fix you the wrong sandwich and give it to you. like they won’t say “We are out of this. Would you like something else?”There’s another subway like two blocks down, and their sandwiches are always BANGING, on pointI feel like whoever runs the subway is really cheap and stingy and greedy and will just straight up. Do things like not put cheese on your sandwich even if you order cheese and then give you the wrong bread they just don’t care it’s a terrible place to eat.

Made an ordered online but was charged twice. They refused to refund and told me to call customer service. Now I have to talk to an AI chat since they don't even pick up on customer service. My order was also marked "picked up" making me panic since I didn't pick up the food. When asked upon why they marked my order picked up, they act like they don't know.

I submitted an order on the Subway app to this location for an 11:40 pick-up. It's not near me, but in my way home. I called to modify the pick-up time. I was told I did not have an order. Mindy said she'd look into it and get back to me. She didn't. I called again about 30 min later. She said she doesn't have my on-line order. I can come in and she'd make them. The money "should" be back in my account tomorrow. She was frustrating to talk with. I went to my neighborhood Subway and at 11:33, as I was paying for the sandwiches, Mindy called to say she got the order. I told her to cancel. She refused to do so and just kept saying repeatedly, "Do you want me to make them or not?" I'm not near her store now. Horrible customer service, and I'm out nearly $30!

i’ve been to this place over and over since my bus stop leaves us there, every time such nice ladies and great service!, and made the food fast! always used new gloves and cleaned knife after every sandwich, i definitely recommend and have never messed up a order, and nice fresh bread! definitely worth it to come!

This subway sucked! I came here to grab sandwiches with my family and the sandwiches were made so poor. They were so stingy with the veggies and nothing was fresh about it . This is why I don't come to subway and choose jersey mikes!!

I am a part of a well known special needs group and the employees that were working basically kicked us out because she said the smell of our food were smelling up the restaurant and that there was another coworker of hers and she’s pregnant and she can’t stand the smell of our food. Yes some of our students brought in sandwich from home but 3 of our people bought lunch here at subway. So we were paying customers but that didn’t matter in our case. She was very rude when speaking to our students. Our teachers kept our cool and apologized and let her know we will be leaving . Then they failed to give one of our students the 2 cookies she purchased when I asked the employees she gave me attitude and was very rude . She kept saying I gave her the cookies but we looked and there were no cookies my student even said it’s okay no worries. Then another employee spoke up and said I can give her the cookies no worries.. she seen how the other employee was being rude and tried to clean it up. Our students loves to go to subway because a lot of them want to make healthy choices in their eating. But we will no longer come to this subway again. This is not the first subway that has done something like this. So sad but maybe you all need to work on your customer service. Because it is definitely needed at this spot. We will take our business to Deli delicious.Parking: It was just okay

Don't come to this subway. Came to get two Sandy's he's for my husband and I tonight- guess what- they ONLY had white bread! They always do this when it gets close to the evening there's no more other bread then white. The service is garbGe- they are always rude and treat you as if you are burdening them with making your sandwich. The atoms is not inviting and is always dirty. STAY AWAY
