This was my first time ordering here, 3 sandwiches. Each one was made incorrectly. I contacted their customer service saying the entire order was wrong, even down to paying for extras they were not added. I asked for help to correct this, their response thanks for letting us know. They did absolutely nothing!!! Not so much as even offering some type of credit or redoing the order. Do NOT eat at this subway.

Service was ok only one employee at lunchtime. Plus I was spending over $60 there but had to go next door to break a $100 bill which took an extra 5 mins to wait in ARCO's line, that was very Unsatisfying to me!!

Want inside with 2 for 12.99 coupon the employee refused to sell me the three items was on the coupon. They told me I cannot choose from number 1 through 12 only the sandwich they choose for you and the whole time she was given me a attitude and I was trying to explain what is on the coupon but she keep on going on how her boss say no only the sandwich that he choose. They refuse to honor the rule and regulations from the corporate even they own the building but they are renting the name of subway they still get to follow the rules. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION 1218 FRESNO ST 93706 bad service

Well everything was going great till I went back with the receipt, the lady that I went to she didn't even know what I was talking about, I did ask her for a pencil to put the code on the receipt and it looks like she didn't know how to do that neither then she started yelling at me that they don't have nothing like that, that I needed a telephone number and she even turned the computer to me so I could see it and what I know of I have never given my telephone number to any Subway for none of this, I even told her to call the manager and she told me that she was the manager and even the manager and the telephone could tell me how she was rude with me but this is the last time we go to that Subway thank you either way

There were two team members present and the female kept going off on the male making snark remarks, belittling him and threatening to fire him. Lacked respect and created a toxic work environment speaking to him as if he was five years old. Disrespect and attitude should never be tolerated.

This was a horrible experience ? ?I wouldn't say the restaurant itself was bad. My daughter went inside the restaurant with a buy 1 get 1 free coupon today and and they told her she could not use not use it it was a regular corporate coupon for all locations but it seems this one is a private owner I'm guessing so they pick and choose which coupons that can be used on which items after she told me what they did and she was charged full price I went back inside And gave another coupon which was 2 for 1299' long that 1 was not on On the list that it could not be used. The lady African American she was really nice and was trying to do the refund of the specific amount but but she couldn't find a way to do it a Hispanic lady walked in her name was Liliana Liliana and the African American lady asked her how to do the refund and the Mexican lady said no we couldn't use it even though my daughter walked in with a coupon the coupon that Yes that they chose not to accept because of the owner. But that the right coupon was present they just did not want to do the refund of the allotted amof the allotted amount I don't think we will ever go back to that location hopefully this helps someone to let the owner know please train all your staff how to do proper refunds

0 STAR..Just left this Subway, the African American man was very nice a greeted me as I walked in and took my order. He was preparing my food when this Hispanic female came to help, my goodness it looked as if she was almost off and wanted to get my food done as fast as she can . I felt like almost a bother to her! My veggies were flying everywhere, oil and Vinegar was being squirted everywhere. I even asked her are you in a rush or something, there's food going everywhere, she didn't respond. As she was trying to close my sandwiches she was using her fingers and not a knife as education employee's do. Just shoving everything in , no to mention the wrapping it all all a mess. So 4 sandwiches later I was attempting to pay with a 50$ as my total was 30+ she literally tossed the 50 I gave her in her hand and said we don't take 50 dollar bills you can go next door with that. I nicely to her to keep her sandwiches and walked out. Never again!!!!!!!!!
