So I walked in at 8:55am and a middle eastern woman yelled at me and said WE'RE NOT OPEN. WE OPEN AT 9!! So I left and came back 15mins later. She was still not open. Lights off. No food available. Also there was a really bad oder in the store. Don't know what it was. I came to this location because it is supposed to take food card. She said they do take food card, but not today. She said she didn't feel like accepting it today. Lol. I recommend not going to this location. This middle eastern lady is real mean and grumpy. Highly unprofessional. And the store stinks. Im calling corporate to let them know what's going on at their subway. Update. I talked with the owner online. And he asked me to please come back and they would honor the food card. So I went back today, and guess what...THEY TOLD ME NO...AGAIN!! I HATE THESE GUYS. DONT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION

The staff were friendly, quick, and paid attention to all the little details while making my sandwich. Ingredients were fresh, the bread tasted great, and everything was prepared exactly the way I asked

No starszzz wasn' an option, went in & placed my order for 2 sandwiches. They made the sandwiches the same as I ordered 2 weeks ago cause I live close by . I was about to pay & gave my coupon and they would not take it said the register wouldnt accept the coupon even after the sandwiches were made I can't believe these penny pinching suckers & it was the manager .They're rude & they hate coupons at this location .Can't someone be happy to save a regular customer a few bucks, whose gonna pay for those sandwiches now I guess they'll take home dinner for their family 😖Disgusted never will I go there again its the way they went about it

I went on my lunch break from school not even a minute away I’m the only one in there after I paid I asked to use restroom she says it’s unlock I told her it’s not .. she wanted me to wait because customers came in she expected me to wait till she was done should have unlocked it . I had to pee bad I went to smash burger will not go to this subway again.
