There food and drinks were good especially when it's hot out and it's clean inside and quiet inside the worker was very pretty and nice there veggies are fresh chicken is nicely roasted and they have a variety of sauce.Vegetarian options: They have a variety of vegetarian things on there menu.

The Gentleman that helped my children and I this morning 2/26/2024 @10:16 was very rude. He appeared as if we were bothering him by buying food. I spoke clear and greeted him as we walked in and he just spoke as if we messed up his day. He also messed up my daughter's order and then proceeded to say she ordered it like that as I stopped him from making the sandwich wrong. We asked for salt pepper and mayonnaise she put salt pepper, vinegar and oil. He did not speak clear or in with a projected voice I had to continually say excuse me I can't hear you. I will never come back to this location, usually subway has great energetic staff with awesome personalities but not this Man. I hope whatever is bothering him or happening in his life does not continue to affect him so he can stay employed and have a positive outlook.

I ordered a Dangerwich online and paid for it. I arrived and they told me it doesn't come with bacon and I need to pay extra. Dangerwich has ham, salami, bacon and pepperoni. She called manager and he lied to my face, saying it does not include bacon and I need to pay extra. I said add Turkey since I didn't have pepperoni. He said it costs extra. I'm done, add Turkey, I'll pay and never return.Both of them blatantly lied to my face, I'll never come to this location again. Shame on them, they lost a great customer, we get sandwiches 2x weekly for years.

I came in and asked for the rotisserie sub sandwich the skinny chick by the name of Gaby was serving me I asked her to give me the veggie that came on the sandwich and she said it's whatever you like and again I repeated myself and she said it's whatever you like. This little b**** started to have an attitude it's crazy I can go to other subways and I ask them to give me whatever goes on the sandwich and they have no issue doing some. Both her and the other lady there were to damn concerned about some crack head in the subway place. You guys are rude af if I wasn't running late for work I would have just left without paying for that s**** You guys need better associates.
I visit to get subway to this location on shields. The lady who helped me make my subway was on break and eating. When she saw me she came to help & put on gloves without washing her hands. I starred at her for a minute so that she could perform hand hygiene but she continue to ask me what I need. After that when she was toasting the bread she used her forearm & wrist to itch her face skin. That was all nasty. I will not go back to this subway again.

Ordered online went to pick up food once I got home none of the sandwiches were done correctly. I paid extra for avocado and bacon on three of them and none of them had it in them. Another one didnt have any of the condiments I ordered. I called the restaurant to let them know and they just laughed like it was big joke. When I asked for a refund they ask if we could just bring the sandwiches back. After I told them my son had already taken a bite out of his they just laughed again. I asked again for a refund and I was not going to drive back to the restaurant they said there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service.

I was very disappointed with the service & sandwiches I ordered today.. If I wanted vegetarian sandwiches then that's what I would've ordered but the sandwhiches were so skimpy on the meat..With what I paid for them I could've bought the stuff to make my own & still have stuff for later..The girl wasn't paying attention to anything I said & tho I had them toasted they were not even close to being toasted..Never again will I order from this location..Smh

I, along with the Golden1 Shaw Branch Team truly appreciate your time, friendliness, and hard work. This Subway location was affordable, and I was very happy they were accommodating with last minute planning. We will be using this location for future community events and when feeding our branch team
