I couldn't believe how much more it costs. It was over $8.50 for a 6" roast beef sandwich. I could have had a prosciutto at Sam's deli for the same price. Very disappointed, and they discontinued the sandwich of the day deal. I used to go to Subway because they were affordable. But to be honest, if I have to pay premium prices, I can go to anywhere else & get a better sandwich. I suggest you do the same.

Extremely warm inside...if you're looking for a cool place to eat lunch, avoid this subway.I asked the nice Punjab lady why it was so warm, and she said they couldn't turn it on. The owner is trying to save money.I recommend Quesadilla Gorilla in front of Fresno High Schoo!!!

You know service is bad when I'm leaving a review because I'm always too lazy to leave one plus I've spent many years in customer service so I know exactly what it's like. But there seriously needs to be a 0 star option. Not only did they hassle me for using a coupon that was completely valid but they didn't even apply it when I was charged. Instead of giving me a refund they offered 2 sandwiches which I said ok to because I didn't want to be difficult. They asked what kind and I said the same 2 i ordered will be fine. But they didn't want to because one of the sandwiches was a premium $12.99 sandwich so I was offered 2 of the cheaper options. Then when they are already halfway done with both I'm told that they are only going to give me one of the sandwiches because technically one sandwich is 9.99 and it should cover the difference. Like wow.

I ordered 3 foot long steak and cheese and Italian Bmt. sandwiches. She gave me a tiny bit of steak. Once I said something and was ready to cancel my order. She added a little more. She said next time it will be a small strip of steak. Which is was already a small skimpy amount. I will not be returning. Horrible place cheat you out your meat. And the cookies cost several dollars more than other Subway. I will be calling Franchise

This location on Palm and McKinley has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The owner did nothing to fix my complaint and actually screamed at me over the phone. I don’t recommend this location at all.

I was looking forward to a fresh subway sub all day being last day of working summer school in this heat. I’ve never had an issue at this location until now. I came in and stood there for a good 10 minutes before even being acknowledged and what looked like the manager sitting on the back counter talking to two other employees finally a young lady she told her there’s customers while there were 2 other employees doing nothing. I got the footlong tuna sandwich, the bread was old and it tasted off like not fresh at all. I was very disappointed ☹️

Most expensive subway in Fresno (nearly $4 more for a foot long compared to other locations nearby). Very dirty inside and food looked like it was sitting out for too long. Health inspection is definitely needed at this location ?

Horrible customer service employee threw away trash and didn’t wash there hands the fountain drink don’t work restrooms are always out of service they don’t have change or cash so u can only pay with card very unprofessional I’m sorry but makes subway a bad name waste of money I threw away my sandwich ??

I was here in August and their drink machine didn't work then. I returned in October, and their drink machine STILL doesn't work. Associate said, "Oh yea, it hasn't worked in a long time. Get a drink from the refrigerator.Refrigerator doesn't have soda, only blank spots where soda used to go.I don't think I'll return.

Bread was stale. Had onions in my sandwhich cause they had some in lettuce didn't realize till after I got home. Lady wouldn't take my coupon of by one get one free footlong. Will not go to again.
