THIS PLACE IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AS OF 02/13/23!!! I used to come here almost every day before high school to get a ham and cheese croissant and a donut for breakfast and I still would occasionally after, I don’t know when it started but sometime within the last 2-3 months as of writing this the store has been sold and is under new ownership. Today I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and 2 donuts I can say I’m not satisfied at all with my purchase. First of all, the overall quality of the ham and cheese croissant has decreased immensely, they now use cheddar cheese instead of provolone, the cheese was not melted, the turkey tasted like it was storebought and was not properly heated. The donuts were fine but the price has spiked immensely just for 2 donuts, normally I wouldn’t care but $1.75 for a single donut is a ridiculous mark up and the owner drives a yellow mustang to work so clearly money is not a problem with these new owners. It hurts to see this place go downhill like this because this used to be my favorite local spot and I used to talk to the previous owners regularly when I came in but now the new owners are incompetent and don’t know how to make a proper ham and cheese croissant. Would leave negative stars if I could, words can’t describe my disappointment.
