Sashimi Salad is actually a sad Poke Bowl with daikon, which is surprising for a place that has sashimi.
Waited a little too long.
Decor and Waitress was nice.

By far, our favorite sushi place in town. Whether it’s a date day for lunch or a family night out, this is the place. Delicious fresh rolls at good prices. Don’t pay the high prices of sushi/tepan places, come here!

The waitress looked at me and said, "This isn't McDonald's!" and walked away without giving me an option to respond. She seemed busy and impatient, which I understand. Based on other Sushi establishments, I thought Sushi Day would have some premade options for customers. But the waitress said it would take 25 minutes to make a sushi plate and I was on the go.

My hope is the restaurant would explore other Sushi venues (esp. places like Seattle, San Francisco, etc) and see some normal businesses options instead of assuming that people on the go have a McDonald mindset.

I don't ever eat at McDonald's and now I highly don't recommend eating here. Can we have good places in Fresno?

Ashlyn did a really good job soloing lunch rush. Stayed clam and collected with a genuine smile. The sushi and sashimi were really good minus a random piece of bone in the salmon. Really really good veggie tempura though.
