We go here quite often and Im so disappointed in my food tonight. It’s been a hit or miss with Sushi n Pop. My tuna sashimi was not fresh, the golden dragon roll was so small, dry, the spicy tuna was just as dry and put together sloppy. Nothing was good tonight. I had a couple of bites of each and stopped. I usually love to come because their prices and good portions but when you pay good money and it’s winco quality. I’ve had better winco sushi. It’s was so blehhh. I drive across town to pick up our order. I’ll be going to tower now because it’s closer, same quality, and price :( The quality has went down you guys! I called, we got a sorry not even a bring it back and we’ll fix it… last time here.

I ordered the Bul-Go-Gi and Pork Katsu Lunch Combo. The meal also comes with rice, Miso Soup, a salad with what I think is a Ginger Sauce Dressing. The meal was tasty with the Bul-Go-Gi mixed with vegetables, Mushrooms, zucchini, carrots , broccoli, onions, and green onions. The Pork Katsu was good as well.
Service was good with the servers stopping by several times to check on my meal and for soda refills.
I have eaten here many times and plan to return

Food was over priced. Paid almost 50 for their largest sashimi platter that said 25pcs definitely was not that many. Pieces were very thin and did not taste fresh. The dragon roll was ok. Nice staff. Facility was ok.

Usually love it here but unfortunately had my first bad experience the other day. I had placed an order online for pickup and despite it being marked as ready on my end it seems that they may have forgotten my order so I was told to wait a bit for it to be prepared once I arrived. This wouldn't have been much of an issue at all but once I got home and started to eat, my gyoza was cold and sushi was warm almost like both of them had been sitting out for awhile, I do not live far so I know it wasn't just from the drive. A while after eating I began to feel sick and now seem to have contracted food poisoning. Only reason I didn't give one star is because I never have had a bad experience here before, but likely will not come back now or continue to recommended it to others.

Food was not bad, but not spectacular. Tuna was not the best quality and didn’t seem as fresh; slightly better than store bought sushi. I purchased the Sushi Combo Diner. Came with 8pcs is sashimi and a roll of your choice…this was a good deal. I also had the calamari appetizer. Server was pretty good, I can tell he was new, but was attentive.

I recently had an experience with sushi n pop that was quite disappointing. As a delivery driver, I understand that we’re not always considered customers, but it was disheartening when I was denied access to the restroom during a delivery.

While I understand that stores have their policies, I believe it's important to show a bit of compassion and flexibility, especially for those providing a service to the business. Denying basic facilities can impact the health and well-being of delivery drivers and is not reflective of a customer-friendly environment.

I hope Sushi N Pop will reconsider its policy regarding restroom use for delivery drivers and show a bit more understanding and support for those who help keep their business running smoothly.

The food was very good. Service was good. The only issue we had was that they didn't allow us to have separate orders (checks) at the same table, which was an inconvenience, but other than that, it was a decent dinner experience. The soft shell crab was exceptional ?

buyer beware: the prices listed for items on the online menu are lower than what they actually charge in store. was overcharged 2 dollars for the las vegas and 1 dollar on the sexy cowboy roll compared to listed prices on the website menu. scamming cash register? outdated website? who knows.

How do you have a whole sit in restaurant but you won't provide a bathroom for Dashers, if I came in there and sat down and eat it would have been no problem for me to use the bathroom but because I'm a Dasher there's no public bathrooms quote on quote that's real classy and real trashy and I'm reporting you to doordash
