I'm usually not one of those customers but today I just could not keep this to myself. I had only been craving some delicious ramen i ordered only 2 items from here. It was my first time and most likely my last both my items were severely undercooked to the point where i could not finish my food multiple items practically raw. I ordered fried tofu i got tofu that could been found in my fridge and cooked for maybe 3 good minutes. Super upset and dissapointed. Raw egg , super undercooked noodles ? only thing somewhat decent was the beef. that is it. Customers should not be served like this.

If you want some ramen please do not go here unless you want some decent beef , undercooked noodles and undercooked eggs. I've never written reviews as bad as this one but I couldnt not write it. Amazing vegetarian food. Best veggie sushi I've had in a long time and tons of options. I'm sure the other food is good, too, but the amount of veggie options of all kinds is great, and it was delicious on top of that.

Me and my girlfriend just ate here for the first time today she got the yammy roll and I got the miso soup. The miso was rich of flavor and you could taste the hints of garlic and the broth, the noodles were fantastic and they give you a very nice portion of noodles I thought I would run out but find more at the bottom, perfect. The yammy roll was good, just wish they put more teriyaki sauce on it. I would definitely try again and like to try other things on the menu. And next time I would just order more teriyaki on the side.

The restaurant was not busy and we were attended right away. The chef made two rolls for us and they were generous sizes , 8 pieces for each roll ordered . Music was appropriate, we enjoyed a beer with it and tipped on our way out.

Worst sushi i've had a long time. Atmosphere is also dark and "feels" dirty. Will not be back for second try.

I go to this place everytime I visit Fresno they have the best teryaki sauce around and there katsu chicken is always perfectly soft and crispy.
