A really great food truck. Their food is fantastic. Each ingredient is full of flavor. I especially like their fish tacos. Don’t sleep on this place. I personally eat here three times a week.

It’s the most authentic Mexican food in about a 5 mile radius. The carne asada tacos are my favorite. I also tried their lengua tacos and quesabirria tacos that are also pretty yummy.
The style of food is from the Mexican city/state of Cuernavaca, Morelos.

Parking: Taco trailer is located in the Chevron parking lot. Plenty of parking on lot and street.

Amazing quesabirrias! Great flavor and delicious birria on tortilla with cheese, onions, cilantro, and lime. Add on some red salsa and you've got heaven in a taco. Never miss a chance for Taco Azteca when in the area, amazing street tacos.
