I told them that I wanted 2 soft tacos and 1 bean burrito they charged me for 2 soft tacos and I only got 1 soft taco. This is such a bad Taco Bell and the workers are rude. You shouldn’t come to this Taco Bell. Just to add on to this, my taco is wet. I don’t think it’s from the stem, it’s sticking to the wrapper and breaking. I don’t know if I’m being dramatic but this is really gross.

Fast food restaurants have really gone downhill. You have to order via the kiosk, which takes so much time. Even though I'm tech savvy, the personal touch has disappeared. In this restaurant, it's probably a good thing since the staff wasn't friendly. The bathrooms are locked, and I was told I'd have to wait for access. After asking a second time, they opened it. I ordered soft tacos and got hard ones instead. Will not be coming here again!

Do yourself a favor and go to Taco Bell on Shields and First- they know how to make a decent burrito.
Good prices like everything else going up in price. The food is not as good as it use to be the happy hour for drinks is best deal.

The slowest Taco Bell I have been to in my life. I went on a weekend and there was no one in the drive through and only one other customer in the store who already had food. There were at least 5 people behind the counter that I could see. It took them 30 minutes to make my burrito. It should not take 5 people that long to make a simple burrito.
