I ordered 2 items including the crunch wrap dippers. They queso dip was put in the bag with a loose lid and spilled on food. I took it inside and the employee handling cash in the drive though rewrapped my order and touched food with gloves that were handling money. Gross AF.

We waited for 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, once we did order ( a cheese only quesadilla, cinnamon twist & a drink) we waited 10 minutes for our food. Not to mention the young man sitting at the first table to the left as you walk in was rolling a blunt!! Literally has his boo-boo weed on the table with a swisher he had sliced and emptied out!! All feet away from the employees & "manager". This location needs better management and employees. After leaving and get on a near by freeway may daughter goes to eat and her just cheese quesadilla had chicken and green sauce in it & her drink was all carbonation!!

This location is the WORST BY FAR. Workers avoid i contact and apparently do not know how or will not take a order if you walk in. All employees are helping drive through or hiding in the back some place. Waste of time on my lunch break.

Good service and quick but the food at this location is never really decent. Super old fryer oil for the chips, taco shells pretty stale, chalupa shells meh.
I don't know if it's lack of training or lack of care but I'd go to another location personally.

Avoid the Baja Blast gelato unless you’re craving a glorified Icee that tastes like a melted popsicle! It’s basically Baja Blah. The service was fantastic, though—maybe they should just serve ice water instead!

I ordered vegetarian food worth nearly $31 USD, but when I called to complain to the store manager, she refused to give her name until she confirmed my order. After confirming it, she responded in a lazy and dismissive manner, telling me to contact DoorDash and that there was nothing she could do. The food I received contained meat, smelled rotten, and was soggy with strange fluids leaking from it. I had to throw everything away. Jessica, as a manager, your service was terrible. Please consider finding a different job. No one will miss you. Thank you.

I like coming to this location whether it’s dining in or driving thru. The service is fast, efficient and they never get my order wrong. Despite the occasional homeless people that may hang about the restaurant is decently clean.
