I typically have no issue with this taco bell, order is 99% of the time correct and the wait is never too bad. My only complaint is that about half the time I want to eat in the lobby I can't, because it smells so awful it kills my appetite. I'm not sure if it's the large number of homeless individuals who frequent the lobby, or maybe the floor drains? It really does smell repulsive in there alot of the time. Would be great if they addressed this issue.

Having people use the kiosk to place orders is a bad idea for people who need glasses to see. 👀 When I finally got help I was a little shocked to find an item I did not order. This alone has kept me from coming back. Why have registers at the counter if you're not going to use them. Waiting for help literally had me waiting in the wrong line.

worst taco bell in fresno. employees dont seem to want to be there. cant follow simple instructions. asked for no sour cream, but ended up with Xtra sour cream. ordered the $7 box, and all that was inside was a beefy 5 layer. no taco like advertised. drink was completely flat. hire employees that actually deserve the money and want to be there.

I got there and I asked the lady if she could help me at the Counter because I had to use cash and she looked at me with some attitude and said I’m a little busy use the kiosk. Then I waited 40 extra minutes my food was cold, salty and dry. An old man came in a While after me and came back and still did I not have my food he complained that he didn’t get what he wanted, and the lady snatched the food from his hand and said bro just tell me what you want and I’ll fix it. Then the manager there gave me the dirtiest look when I told her that she needs to learn some Customer Service And told the old man that it wasn’t her fault that his order was messed up because she didn’t take his order and that he needed to talk to the person who took his order. She proceeded to give me a dirty look as I walked out the door. I highly recommend you never go here and if you do throw a drink on them and speak up.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited for about 30 minutes after placing my order and literally I was the only person in the dining room. Not to mention the place was super dirty, tables had food all over them and what seemed to be the manager I guess based on she had a button up shirt different than the rest of the employees was cussing and saying some rude things to another customer who walked in after me. To top it all off I get home and my order is completely wrong🤦 tried calling but of course no answer.

Placed 3 mobile orders for drive thru pick up and when I got there was told I had to go around 3 different times to pick up my orders. So I decided to go inside to pick them up instead. When I got in there a couple minutes go by and they asked if I was picking up a mobile order and I said yes for ( my name) and the manager Sydney goes and grabs some bags off the counter that were sitting there already when I walked in and handed them to me so I asked her how long the orders were sitting there and she said about 10 minutes. So apparently they were made way before i got there so Because the orders were for my kids and because of food safety I asked her if she could please remake my orders because those orders are not supposed to be made until we check in so that way they are fresh. She right away became very hostile and said I'm not remaking anything for you we went back and forth for a while whole time she was cussing and yelling at the top her lungs so I asked to speak to someone higher than her so she calls her boss and her boss shows up 20 minutes later (and I still havnt got my kids food at this point) than proceeds to say thats how they do it at her taco bell they make the mobile orders way before customers even get there. So thats probably why people are always getting sick after eating taco bell.I was getting frustrated and her boss seemed like she was taking her employee side so I just asked for my food and left. Very unpleasant visit very unprofessional manager I hope they get their stuff together come on taco bell do better.

taco bell is a 2.5 franchise for me just average. this one is decent inside but the fooor could use an actual cleaning and the dining room did have some areas on crumbs and stuff on the tables.
this time i went with the 7 dollar cravings box, add steak to the burrito. the burrito didn't come with the steak but they quickly made another. the replacement burrito was a tad nasty and the steak wasnt worth it.
the chalupa is one of the worst fast food items since all the ingredients are cold except the meat. i thought it was going to be a doritos taco but it was a regular crunchy taco. clean the floor better and get the order correct and its a 3 star place. cheesy rock music and a few posters for ambience, meh. its taco bell they might mess up but at least they will give you a replacement
