The lightskin lady at the drive thru at night time has the worst attitude ever. My total was $3.66 I gave her $20 and she gave me back $1.34 and on the receipt she put i gave her $5. When i corrected her she didn’t even apologize for the mistake and she was very stand offish. They need better customer service!

I work next to this spot , so unfortunately it’s one of the cheaper closer options for me . They do not help you you at the register , I’ve stood for 10 minutes before with no help and multiple workers walking past me , the food always takes forever , and workers always have an attitude

First time using the app which is useless when the workers do not explain the app correctly. I had a 20% off of a $10 or more purchase.
The cashier at drive thru said I’d have to cancel the order & reorder again. Pointless so I just paid. Did not have time to get back in line to reorder again.

02/20/25 8:35 am (NOT) consume in this business... very bad protocol for their clients who have to consume first to be able to use their bathrooms. Hopefully those employees will apply that policy that they have to consume first and then use their bathroom. in any business they visit.
The food is good, the wait is a little long.However, the prices are a dollar more than regular taco bells. Most likely a franchise restaurant that can set their own prices.

I walked in because the drive-thru was too long. I waited 27 minutes for my order when I finally started counting I counted 45 cars that went to the drive-thru and got their order before me....... How long does it take to make six burritos Three boxes.. the only good employee was the African-American guy who yelled at the manager and said how long is this guy going to wait in the dining room before he gets his food!!!! I appreciate him you should be manager and they should fire the Friday night evening shift leader that Latina could care less about customers food quality or anything else except talking on her phone
