By far the worst customer service for a fast food restaurant, members don't really care and will mess up your online order multiple times.(update) even after talking to corporate and doing as they requested me trying to still mess up every order, even when I pay for extra items they still consistently not giving me what ive paid for. Not sure if the manager there cares or what gives but its truly concerning on how disrespectful they are when you ask for the items you paid extra for. Still 1 star rating tell they fix their attitude and stop acting like it comes out their paycheck

One of the worst Taco bell I ever went to. If you want poor service, rude customer service, and poor knowledge of making your food then this your place. Calling the General Manager won't get you anywhere, because those manager is as clueless of their duties too. The owner needs to re-evaluate his staffs and hire better qualifying managers and staff.

Purchased 3 Tacos 01/25/25 5:30 pm for take out. Got home and each bite on all 3 Tacos taste like rancid old grease. I wonder when they last changed their cooking oil and if the Manager even taste the food they serve. All 3 Tacos went to Trash.

They are very rude,never open on time. I was a long time customer, but this taco gets its wrong evry time. They don't even know how to open on time. Tells you they will open in 5 minutes and then doesn't. Technical difficulties can not happen every day. It has happened on numerous occasions. They should shut this tacobell down or hired a whole new staff!! Do not support this tacobell. You will regret it!!

seriously where the hell is customer service,replace with a kiosk or machine then let her remember those words. The gentleman wanted to order from a person. CMON PEOPLE wakeup your gonna lose your job to a kiosk.

Trust me, this place is worst from the whole Fresno area. Their food feel like days old. Chalupas are never fresh. Today, chicken was hard like days old. This place should be out of business.

I’ve been ordering customized bowls at different Taco Bell’s for about a month now and have seen little consistency. This location provided just what I expect for a customized bowl. They followed all of the directions including no rice, add jalapeños, add ground beef and chicken. The presentation of the bowl was also picture perfect.
I don’t like the self service kiosks at most Taco Bell’s but I understand it’s beyond the workers control. Additionally, they should make an effort to acknowledge a customer straight away despite of the self-service ordering kiosks because some people can’t use them or refuse to use them.

Is it just me, or does this place smell unpleasant? I originally chose to dine in, but the odor was so strong that I decided to order takeout instead.

She rounded up my total even though I said no. I asked for more sauce and she gave me attitude, also I asked my soda to be easy on ice and she fulled my drink with ice. They lack of costumer service in this location.
