I'm someone who only does mobile orders through drive thru, I've never experienced drive thru making the order prior to checking in for the order when you arrive. I've order many times from Philly, Virginia, Florida, etc. When we arrived to pick up the food and brought it back to the hotel. The food was cold, all the tacos were soggy, drinks watered down. I called and let them know that my food seemed like it was sitting for a while. I was told they make the food as soon as the order was received. My food was sitting for 35 mins. He told me that's how his location does it, but if we want to bring the food back they'll make it again fresh. I let him know me and my family are very tired from holiday travel if I can come tomorrow or something. He said I had to bring the food back with the tonight in order to be remade. I asked for his name. He said he is not allow to give names so I asked if he can at least give me the manager of the locations name. He said he cannot give me any names. Poor service I want a refund all together. Order 962930

One of the shabbiest tb's I've been to on the west coast. taco bell is a 2.5 star franchise for me. you will see on my profile I rate most 2 or 3 stars on here. the counter girl was the highlight with a smile and was helpful.
I got the discovery box at $9 at the time of this writing and I won't get it again as its barely more food than the $7 supreme box. The tacos were sparse with toppings. the crunch wrap had a bit of an odd flavor. The dorritos loco taco used to be orange and have some flavor in the shell but it was barely distinguishable from the regular crunchy taco in flavor and color.
The new midnight baja soda is grape soda but with caffeine in it. seems to have replaced root beer but it's not better than root beer. The lobby soda machine appears to be non functional so i just took some sips and ditched it without replacing. root beer is the only one I used to get. now with no non-caffeine sodas I'm left to not get a drink next visit.
The bathroom was nasty. The floors everywhere looked bad. It looks like they partially remodeled this one but they left some wooden booths and the one i sat on was shaky. One of the few taco bells I wouldn't return to.

Just stopped by to get something quick to eat, ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. And when I opened it, it was just sad. Not enough lettuce, barely any cheese or sauce. If I could add a picture of it I would. There are other TBs in Fresno that offer better quality. The only pro was the wait time, but then again it was a trade off in quality.

We came to this location after the first one ran out of pizza sauce. We ordered a Mexican Pizza and were not disappointed! The drive-thru was quick, and we were back on the road in no time
Wellllllllll. To start I was greeted by air and not a soul in sight. Followed up by the most beautiful colors on a screen that lagged so much I couldn’t tell what I might have ordered. But finally with the help of myself I managed to luckily guess my order right!!!! Upon getting no receipt via text for a few mins I got a text! But after 20 min still no food :(. But hey after I left and got home from driving back into town and getting back from a long road trip I was excited to finally see the “oatmeal chicken dump” in the box!!!! Top inch especially since at least 4 other items were missing from my bag. Thank you TB. Kudos! Another satisfied customer!

The inside smells really bad. It's old taco bell and the people are Rude cheap. Wouldn't give me Refill on my drink because I accidentally chose Baja blast freeze instead I wanted Baja blast the drink. Worst taco bell I ever went too

Just tried to stop by. No cars in drive thru, no customers in lobby. Manager set up in lobby (assuming for interviews). I wait for half a minute for the employee to come from the back, no big deal.
She asks me if I've already placed an order, and when I say that I hadn't, she told me to use the kiosk. So, I'm not good enough for direct human interaction? These kiosks are allowing businesses to employ less employees while we desperately need jobs.
So again, no one in drive thru, no one on lobby, no one behind me... NO BUSINESS AT ALL AT THE MOMENT... And they'd still rather not take my order. They lost my business. I will never return to this location, and I recommend that no one else do either. There are plenty of other similar restaurants right there in the neighborhood, why frequent a business that doesn't want you to place an order when they are empty?!
