Poor service. I placed my order at the drive thru and wanted to add an item to my order when I arrived at the window. They told me I couldn't do that and closed the window on me before I could respond. I worked at Taco Bell some years back, and while not a common occurance, this did happen from time to time, but I've never seen a customer being told no and have the window immediately closed on them.

They take too much time they take care only for customers I still waiting for DoorDash order they waste my time at least 30 minutes
Very rude was not able to help me because they were not willing to give me every excuse they wanted to it’s 4:22 PM on March 15. Monique is the manager on site. She’s the one who is not willing to help.

Did not go well . I had to repeat my order multiple times and still the employee got it wrong . When I got to the window she gave me my freezes and they were the wrong flavor
and they also just gave me 1 freeze when I ordered 2 until I had to show them my receipt to show I ordered 2. When I got home I ate my cinnamon twists and they were not well cooked. They were raw. Not very good service. Although I did get my food quickly

This is one of the most slowest taco bells I've ever been to. The wait was ridiculous. Not to mention there's nobody even at the counter because everything needs to be filled out at the little kiosk on the wall. I'm not a fan of this so called improvement they've made. Whacked. The girl behind the counter was telling one of the door dash delivery drivers that if he keeps asking her how long it's going to be "WAY" longer. Wowwwwwww. The poor guy was there for 30 min waiting to deliver the food.

I got the nacho Bell grande and I paid just a little over seven dollars for it. That’s with tax. About half the chips were so broken up that you couldn’t pick them up. See the picture.

Went to order and they were out of everything and one item was discontinued yet it's showing on the menu. Update your menu!
Work rate has gone down in the last month. They used to be so fast too. If you walk in to order be prepared to wait 10 plus minutes to order and another 10 for them to make it. Meanwhile the drive thru is much quicker. Guess fast food isn't fast anymore. They've done this 3 times Ina row. No one is even in the building so there no line? What gives? I work next door so my food options are limited and I have to walk. I'm gonna have stop coming here since it wasting my whole break just to order.

For drive-through pick up, I was told all my food was in the two bags. My family's plan was to eat to gether, unfortunately that did not happen. We were missing two chalupas and two cinnamon twists. I tried calling the store a little over 10 times before they answered, at that time I was already down the street, I asked how they would resolve this situation, they told me they would write my name down and remake it, I told the young lady the rest of my food would be cold when I return, asked them to satisfy me they should remake my entire order, they manager (Yia) said they can not do that and I would have to bring the items back the ones they would like me to replace, I told them they don't value a customers time. Then he started to raise his voice at me, I asked him more than once their is no need to raise his voice, he said people make mistakes, but a mangers job is to satisfy the customer, otherwise they end up writing unhappy reviews, I am not satisfied with the way the manager handled this situation and demand a total refund for making me go back home for them to remake my order i told Yia you can not reheat tosadas they get soggy, my recommendation is to check your bags even if they say its all there.

Four times we have had problems with this branch leaving out our food items. The first two times we left it alone because it was a long tiring day.
The third time it happened we were able to drive back to pick up the rest of our order, two tacos and chalupa supreme.
We were polite when asking about getting the items left behind and we were treated like an inconvenience. We were not rude, and we answered politely after them asking to confirm what was left out of our order more than once. The person completely ignored what we ordered, she gave us the regular version of our beef tacos instead of supreme and the chalupa. This was after confirming with us twice at the box and twice at the window. By the end she was rude and just handed us the bag of replacements in a hurry even though we returned at a lucky time with no people behind us in line. We didn't want to be rude or escalate situation and left. Unfortunately that's when we noticed the incorrect order replacements.
Every time we come here they forget the chalupa supreme in our order.
We only came back to try and give it another shot.
This time the person at the drive thru was really nice and friendly. She even read every item in our order. So we were confident our order would be complete.
We were wrong, once again they left out our chalupa supreme.
I honestly can't understand why chalupa supremes are always left out.
Please check your order before leaving this drive thru if you decide to come here. honestly just go to a different location.

I had visited on Oct 3rd in the evening and I was so satisfied with Veronica's service that night I kept thinking about not forgetting this review as she was so awesome in many ways. Definitely loved her precise service and not making me feel rushed with anything else comment with an attitude. She was patient and Definitely will visit again just because of her!!! Great job Veronica, keep up amazing service!!!
