Ordered a bean burrito with added beef and got a bean burrito with no beef. Went through the drive-thru so it wasn't worth going back for but I probably won't go back to this Taco Bell again.

I was hired by Colleen E. Lamb, the Restaurant Manager, at this location last month, but I’ve been completely ghosted for an entire month, despite calling and checking in every few days. I was given the runaround by multiple management staff members, each saying they’d check on the matter, but nothing ever came of it. For context, I waited 3 hours after my scheduled interview time to be seen and provided my full information twice. I’ve already submitted a detailed report to the district manager and plan to escalate this further, including to the B.B.B., as this is no way to treat people. For anyone considering applying, I highly recommend not wasting your time at this location. Thankfully, I’m already employed elsewhere and was looking to take on a second job for extra income.

Got a freeze and a large soda. Apparently this is a "large" freeze and it's $1 extra to get that size. I'm not at the employees, I'm mad at the company. If I pay an extra dollar for a large I expect a large
I ordered 5 grilled cheese burritos, 1 quesadilla and 2 sprites. I instead got 1 burrito and the quesadilla and the 2 sprites. Charged me 20 bucks which should of been about 15 bucks.i go back to get the rest of my order and tell them their mistake. They instead charged me a additional $25 to get the food I didn't receive. Double charging me which is bullshit. I went back in and demanded my money back. Unprofessional 100%. I gave the food I got from them to a homeless man outside of the business after I got my money back
I had their latest menu option a salad chicken goal combination and it was pretty good but I think it was high in sodium but it could have been the pretzels I ate later that day. Kid and kids were happy, too.
Maybe I have an iron stomach, but Taco Bell is my go to for fast food. The food is such a guilty pleasure. I recommend the cantina chicken quesadilla, or grilled cheese burrito. OG faves, 5 layer burrito, bean and cheese, or Doritos locos taco supreme! Pretty consistent in quality, and super fast for those rushed lunch breaks.
