I just pulled in the drive through and was greeted and asked if I was using my app, kindly said no and waited for 5 minutes. Had to back up and pull up again to rest the time and again asked the same and had to wait. There was no one in front of me. So I'm confused why I had to sit and wait this long just to have my order taken.

Not really the type to leave reviews but man this Taco Bell is horrible. My burrito was pretty much falling apart, so I asked for a remake and it seemed like they got mad at me. Food taste old And is not portioned properly

Every time I come here, I have to get sauce on the side cause they don’t put it in the burrito. Then when I get it on the side, it’s only a quarter of the way filled up this happened every time I’m gonna start going to Champlain dr Taco Bell it’s out of my way, but they never miss

I understand that driver is faster but when I mobile order my food 10 minutes before I get there and it tells me my food is ready and then I walk in and they haven’t even started my food and I noticed four cars pull into the drive-through that they did their food before they even did mine. Once again, what’s the point of mobile ordering head and it’s telling me my food is ready when they’re making everyone else else’s food that’s showing up after me.

Ordered the Ranch Chipotle Burrito. It was awful. Had ordered one earlier this week from the Visalia location that was off of Betty Drive. That one was really good and I was craving another one. It didn't even seem like the same burrito. I will never go back to this Fresno location. My stomach paid the price later on for going there. 🤢

Just bought supreme Crunchwrap, it taste horrible, they fried it in old oil or chips are super old, I don’t know what was it but it tasted very bitter. Almost $8 threw in garbage. Disgusting, I was so hungry but couldn’t eat it.
