The atmosphere felt chaotic during lunch hour, granted no one was crowding each other. The service wasn't anything to brag about. There was a young tall African American lady working, helping the front pass out food and her demeanor wasn't very professional. She tossed my back of food on the counter like it was an inconvenience. I tried to compliment her shirt and it didn't help cool her down.

My partners and I ordered in, waited till we got the notification that it was done, and when i tried to pick it up, it was nowhere to be found. I showed the order details with the correct date, time, location, and what my order was, and the response only was "There's no name." I told him the name several times, but just kept getting , there's no name. Wrong location? I don't have it." A lady came to help and she saw all the information, also said "No name?" (Taco bell doesn't show the name in order details, but I was telling her what it was) and just shrugged and said "Well i don't know. We don't have it." Finally, the guy from the drive thru window who was definitely younger than them, had to be more mature and ask for the name, then said "guys. Its right here the whole time." Apologized, and gave me my order. Why be so rude? I was trying to just pick up my order politely and had all the information. Why did the drive thru person have to be the one to actually LOOK for my order instead of the two up front just looking for a second ? Give him a raise tbh. I think the lady was the manager? She should make HIM the manager.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. No surprise there. But the service at the First and Nees location was really great - surprisingly so, given the lunch time crowd. I tried their using app for the first time and was surprised at that as well. The ease of ordering online, then using the drive through to pick up my lunch was great. I found the app easy to navigate and customizing my order was not a problem. When I arrived at Taco Bell a few minutes after placing my order, my food was ready, handed to me with a smile! All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
What a waste of money it's 915 in the morning. I ordered my son a Nacho fry box and his Chula is so hard. He can't even eat it. I as an adult tried biting into it. And it was absolutely hard and old. That's pretty sad that you can't even get a tortilla made fresh or at least dipped. Fresh that you have to have something left over from a day or 2 ago when you're paying $11 for 3 items.
