Didn't get what I ordered .
Went through the drive through
Didn't open bag until I got home
And wasn't about to go all the way back.
This is the worst store of all your taco bells.
You menu is all scattered.
The guy taking my order was like what do want.

Ordered 8 tacos, gave 6. Samantha, the General Manager, argues she bagged it herself. This is stupid, I dont have to lie over 2 tacos. Bad for business then asked to take back to double check it when im all the way home. My fault for not checking but really. People make mistakes all the time especially when your busy.

Great service very clean in and out and I take my brakes there establishment also they'll let you use the restroom even if you don't buy anything also has a good area to take your break or your lunch at

Tried out Taco Bell's new chicken nuggets. They were supper, not due to either changing of oil. Or sitting in hotlamp manager did prepare a new order which was satisfactory to standard. Could be have better. Nonetheless will continue to shop there unless otherwise poor service continues.

Don’t bother to come here they’re rude. They attitude dumb add stuff on your order that you didn’t even order and then when you wanna return, they don’t even wanna return it for you and then it takes like five days even try to get your money back and then when you don’t get your money back, can’t even talk to nobody cause they don’t care.

By far, the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been in the tables were filthy. The floors were filthy. Bathrooms are filthy counters are filthy drink station filthy bottom line filthy. Not only this but when you walk in, they don’t even have a live person to greet you anymore you have to just enter your order on a screen and then wait for your name to be called Which is a process in itself. I downloaded the app did it through the app because that’s what the kiosk told me to do and then it lost my order and then it said put in my credit card information which I did and then it says I have to pay at the front counter where there was no one there so bottom line Taco Bell you suck SUCK!!!!!! One more thing so the prices are now double for a taco and the ingredients that you get inside the shell or half so you’re paying twice as much money for half as much food let me just finish my rant With that, it’s just crap. It’s all crap.

Worst service ever!
Placed order for dine in, was place in a bag.
No napkins in lobby, asked for some and was told they are running low, was handed one for a 3 entree order.

Ridiculous, but as we all know, they will do nothing about it.

The shift that starts at 12pm on Sunday sucks lazy slow, and when a customer call them from the dine in they act like they didn’t hear. Need to do a better job.

The service is really pathetic. Me and my husband went to pick up a order we ordered on the counter. We skipped the drive-through just because it was too packed and we wanna go in so that we can get the food early. They cleared the whole drive-through and the other cars came after I ordered and they cleared that too, but I have to wait like 20 minutes and then also they don’t have my order And they said they don’t have an answer. How long the wait can be, Taco Bell needs to think about it. They need to change a manager or something because these people are more than pathetic.
