I have been going to this taco bell every Wednesday evening as a special little mid week treat and have mostly had good experiences. Over the past couple of weeks though the service has been inconsistent with forgotten items, two weeks ago I wasn't given one of the ridiculously overpriced bean and cheese burritos that I ordered and didn't realize it until I got home which Is an hour away, last week my chips weren't in my bad so i had to go back in and get them.And last night my sauce packets were not in my bag. I've gotten now into the habit of making sure everything is there. So I park my car, go inside, and ask for sauce packets because I didn't get the ones I asked for in the first place. And the employee was so rude! She just walked over and begrudgingly grabbed a handful of random sauce packets and threw them in the bag without even asking what kind I wanted. I've always had good interactions with this girl previously,so I don't know what her problem was, but I came in because you guys made a mistake and I was treated like i was the problem. I ate my food without hot sauce and realized how bland and gross your food actually is without it so I won't be back.

I ordered a party size taco and the price was too high for me. It was my first time going to this place and the prices were expensive compared to other places. I cancelled my order and ordered nachos. They were delicious. I wanted to thank you. I give one star for the price but five stars for the food.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I waited over an hour for a simple meal that was never even made. Multiple employees told us it was “on the way,” but it became clear they were prioritizing mobile orders and the drive-thru over the customers actually sitting inside the restaurant. Since when did the drive-thru become more important than the people right in front of you?

To make matters worse, when I asked for the names of the employees working the shift to file a complaint, they refused. Instead, they handed me a regional manager’s number—which turned out to be nothing more than a gatekeeper for terrible leadership. No accountability, no resolution, just a complete lack of professionalism across the board.

Dining in should not mean being treated like an afterthought. I won’t be back—and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before giving this place their time or money.
