And they made my Nacho Bel Grande they put a glob of meat in the center... Not covering many of the nachos. It was horrible.

This is the best TB in Fresno, maybe the whole valley. The staff here always gets my order right. They are always fast and friendly.
It may not be the best location due to homeless activity so I usually do the drive through. Thank you!

First I was forced to use a kiosk. Asked me which sause I wanted and how many. Sat down and realized they gave me the wrong sauce. Went to the counter to exchange the sauce and asked several people for help while employees talked amongst themselves. One employee told me he couldn't help me. After 10-12 minutes I asked for a refund. That is the only way I was able to get their attention. Poor customer service.

To all the dashers dont ever accept orders from here otherwise they gonna make u wait for so long as they have done to me twice , they r so lazy , seems less interested for person waiting at the desk , even the store was not busy , only 2 or 3 customers were there , they only take care about drive thru , very disappointed for the 2nd time👎👎
Went and ordered a 5 layer burrito which was re made twice and when it was given to me and I looked at it again it was made incorrectly. When I asked a cook how it was made as a smaller tortillas is supposed to be in the middle he said he didn’t know and that I can ask his manager. I waited for 10 min and while they were in the cooking area looking at laughing at me. Horrible customer service and so unprofessional.

There's a reason I haven't had taco bell in a couple of years. Who has $50 for a few tiny items? This isn't the Taco Bell from the 80s or 90s. The regular bean burrito is super tiny. It took me 3 bites to eat one. The soft taco supreme. Let's put in a teaspoon of "beef" and actually think customers will say it looks just like the pictures?! The soft taco was 99% lettuce. What a waste of money.

They messed up our order. We ordered the luxe discovery box n supposed to get a burrito, a dorito taco, a crunchy taco, n cinnamon twists. I also ordered a beef crunch wrap, a beef chalupa, n a soft taco. I asked to sub out the crunchy taco for soft, she asked both, n I said yes. The crunch wrap was in one bag, the box came on its own, n I thought the chalupa n soft taco were in the other bag. In the box we ended up with the burrito, two soft tacos n twists. In my bag I got the dorrito taco, n 2 soft tacos. What? Of course didn't find this til we got home on the other side of town.
Parking: Watch out for homeless people pushing wheelchairs.

The restaurant is clearly understaffed. It took five minutes for anyone to come to the register and take my order. It felt as though whoever is in charge of scheduling assumes that no one will be attending the register during certain times. This creates a frustrating experience for customers who are left waiting with no acknowledgment. Better staffing or scheduling adjustments would go a long way in improving the service here.

Ordered an oldie .. bean tostada. Well, where's the beans? It had a spoonful, perhaps a tablespoon at most, of beans.. should have taken a picture.
The cheese and chips.. well, they only filled the already small cup only halfway with cheese..
Chalupa supreme?? Well, there's the picture.
Very disappointing Taco Bell, and I don't think I'll be able to recommend ANY dishes.

Just went thru drive thru and my food was made half a@@ amd the sour cream tasted spoiled. It was 2 damn tostadas and a beefy nacho. 😡
