Please tell me and explain why it takes 30+ mins for a customer to ask more than twice for the bathroom key and also put in a few orders of very few items and I'm talking about 2 burritos and a few tacos but only 2 other customers in the dining area. How is that even possible then have your customers hear downgrading customers from the drive thru like we can't hear from the inside when your being extremely loud as can be. THIS TACO BELL IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I REPEAT A VERY UNSUCCESSFUL ENVIRONMENT!!!!!!

I waited closed to almost 15 minutes for my order. The food came out wrong. The tacos were not what I ordered and the sauce was wrong. Each taco had thin filling and the meat tasted old. I paid 37 dollars and did not receive my 7 dollar burrito at all. The food did not taste fresh. This restaurant does not care about customers or quality. I will not return.

Store is dirty I side and out. Staff laughs and plays,sometimes flirts with each other at the drive thru window . Food is horrible. Taco shells are stale so are the chips,tortillas are wet and soggy. Also do not special order anything. I am allergic to tomatoes. Every time I order no tomato I get extra. I miss the taco bell that was close to my house on McKinley and Blackstone.

We went on halloween day it wasn't packed either but to order food took a while. And getting it as well. Thats the only thing that upset me. But they were dressed up and someone was dressed as Spiderman and my son was as well he came up to my son and fist 👊 him and said hi which was nice my son was happy

It's a Taco bell. If you haven't been to one, it is not really Mexican food, but has the Mexican flavors. Beef is 88% usda inspected premium Beef, the rest is seasonings, water, and Other Ingredients.

I was in here during the lunch rush. Breanna made every customer that came in feel amazing. Even when many people came in she didn't appear stressed or rushed. I work on this side of town once a week and when I do, I will be having lunch here because she makes it such a positive environment
I was buying dinner for 6 people so when I saw everything that I had ordered was exactly what I asked for I was definitely impressed!! The food was fresh and hot. The workers and cashier are excellent at their job. They worked together so good it made for a quick and smooth order.

I am not fond of kiosk ordering so I asked the lady working at the counter if she could help me and she said she could. She was super friendly and kind. Of course the food was good ol Taco Bell food.
